WTH Kiwi.... I spent 90 kreds on this game because I had them laying around but this game is way too short, should be 3-4 times as long as it is, I feel ripped off that I paid for stuff in a game this short.

This game is fun up to about Zone 2. Then it just gets hideously repetitive. Too much grinding, as said by nearly everyone else so far.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The game would be more than grindy enough without nerfing the money accumulation on replays. Even if didn't take 3 blue blops to equal 1 red the income is low compared to the upgrade prices and the number of things that need to be upgraded.

it'd be a cool experiment for the dev to make this fun... or rather, remove the monetization-incentivizing grind and see how you would balance the game at that point. then compare and contrast how far away your model is from what is actually a fun experience.
there are definite moments in the game where every player is going to go... "i'm going nowhere fast. this guy really wants my money" and looking quickly at the money options, money doesn't go very far. :/
you should feel a bit ashamed

too grindy. consider cheapening everything by 25-30%. the way it is right now, i just play the same levels over and over with the same equipment and wonder what's new. it's not designed to be a game, it's designed to be a cash cow. plus i don't think i can even die... so... that really spells cash cow to me...

The missile tree is really awful. I've got ever other medal in the game but finishing 3 levels with just bombs. I've maxed out ability to pop black balloons but still barely ever touch em.

So I have the level of my upgrades equipped but when i started playing again, it is making me repurchase the lower levels of the power even though I have a higher level equipped

its a good game, but i feel like your trying to drag it out. i'm stuck on stage 5 because i cant upgrade enough to beat the moab at the end
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
After I select a stage, there appears to be no way to get back to the stage select screen other than refresh or complete the stage.

got silver on stage five of deep bloon sea. said I failed the level and lost all progress on the stage . still at 0%... Done it about 4 or 5 times.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
played this on ninjakiwi, good game, but you have to beat a level about 10 times to get enough blops to beat next level on harder stages. 3.5/5

About Epic Powers: core-based Epic Powers are better than arm-based Epic Powers. Period. Spikey Chaos is probably the best - it clears the screen and keeps it clear for multiple seconds, except for lead bloons. (And with research, it can kill most lead bloons too.) Mass Distraction removes the shields from all non-lead bloons. MOAP kills almost all non-black non-boss bloons, but is slower than Spikey Chaos, doesn't last as long, and doesn't always pop all layers. Lightning Trail is the only magic ability worth getting, and it kills lots of bloons and lasts a while, but it also lags horribly in some cases. I haven't gotten Sidekick yet, but if Solid Doom is any indication, it'll have absurd DPS - better than even Lightning Trail.

Having beaten every level with every weapon type, and having beaten the game twice, here is my strategy: use Spikey Shots and laser vision. Spikey Shots is the best arm-based attack despite being the second-cheapest, and laser vision is a good way to pop lead bloons - the only thing Spikey Shots won't pop. The entire game is beatable with only Dual Blast and 2x Spikey Shots. (Bonus tip: boss levels are the best places to grind.)

It looks to me like the magic ring core attacks don't do anything at all beyond being visually interesting. That's a problem. They should be popping bloons.

As said by many others the upgrades are way overpriced and leave no room for experimenting with the different types of powers its either get it right the first time or spend the rest of forever grinding levels at severely reduced rewards. As you have shown us with the worst case of greed ever in BTD5 (I have to buy the game and then spend $10 to get double money mode?) I am sure this game will eventually be out on mobile for a price and not even give you everything and try to charge even more for the few things left out than for the base game itself..

I came back to play after several days and now, in Research, all categories display as either 1/12 or 0/12. The prices seem to be right for the level of upgrades I had before and the frequency of special shots seems okay, too. So just a display issue I thik but still very annoying.

Squid boss makes himself more vulnerable over time. The annoying seeker balls it fires are made up of its black and glass bloon shell and uses its red eyes as ammo for that laser/divider thing.

I found a glitch where the phasing bloons don't show up on screen. You can still pop them and collect their blops, but you can't see them.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
When I finished the level the money indicator in the bottom right corner of the screen said $5722. After the level has finished and it gave me the bronze trophy the money indicator at the top only has $4572. What happened to my other money? It has happened on more than 1 level, this one I just got the numbers for.

Several things here:
1.The difficulty ramp is way too steep. Making your game longer by making players grind is incredibly annoying and lazy.
2.Shielded bloons are overpowered. There are several stages early on where you get swarmed by shielded bloons and lose control of the super monkey. The research idea for the shielded bloons is good, but the rate increase per level isn't near enough to match the speed of the game.
3. Purchasing money. I understand wanting to make a profit from your game, but this is ridiculous. The most expensive package only pays for maybe one or two major upgrades. Charging that much for so little is a surefire way to lose players. Why does every ninjakiwi game have a purchase option on it? A bit greedy if you ask me.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Seems that in the boss battle in the third stage i can't even control my monkey at all, he just continuously orbits the ship of his own volition.

I have no idea why they have yet to publish the game. If you published the game more people would play, the more people that play means more people will spend money on it. Not such a good business decision..

Since the Gold Bloons show up in specific places in the waves, could you consider making them drop fixed power-ups? I keep winding up with the bomber plane against hordes of blacks and the spike ball gatling gun vs leads. Really messes up attempts at gold and diamond trophies.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Either make the reds worth more/increase the value of replaying a level or else reduce prices of everything by 25+%. Cant even beat the 2nd world without grinding forever.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It feels like there is just entirely too little progress, and that this game was made with the intention of being infuriatingly slow so that people will pay for extra currency.
A horribly depressing move on the part of the dev.

Any time I leave the game idle for more than 5 min, the battle field is just a green screen but all the action is still happening in the background...
