When I died when my ship was level 3, and then click restart, my ship returns to level one, but looks like the lvl 3 glitch. This level 1/3 ship fires one bullet from the left part of it, but it means that an enemy ship on the very right is impossible to hit, due to the nature of the ship.
Also, I don't see a credits section with my name on =]

Maybe more customizable upgrades could be added and make the ship have more levels. There is a glitch where you keep your ship look and size when you hit retry
