I can appreciate the fact that some newer players have trouble with the hitboxes, but I think they really just don't understand the genius of good game design. The maze at the beginning, as well as TT1 and TG2, are incredible platforming sections that we, unfortunately, have not seen in any modern platformers released since. The callbacks to Platters 1 were rare but extremely appreciated as a longtime fan of the series. I will say that sometimes the sticking mechanic can be annoying, as I know one bad stick has ruined many a run for me and plenty of other runners in the Platters community. Still, I'm glad that it was introduced, as it introduces an important skill floor and ceiling which the game would not have otherwise. All in all, I'd say the game in itself is only a 4/4.5 star experience, but the impact it has had on the speedrunning and platforming community as a whole definitely makes it a 5/5.
