There should be a "highest level" score board, and a "highest score" score board.

It's pretty tough. It'd be better if you organized each level separately, and you would let people "retry" levels. Time limit would still be the same, but the character would be, of course, in a different spot. Easy mode: x0.1 score, but x2 time limit, medium mode x0.3 score, but x1.5 time limit, and current mode is now hard mode.
Your total score would be cumulative over all levels.
