The player assumes the role of a pilot of a futuristic fighter jet, trying to rescue fellow pilots trapped in different time eras. The player must fight off hordes of enemy craft and defeat the mother ship (or "boss") present in every level.

I agree with what a couple other commenters have said... the controls aren't very good. I've shot planes and had them stay alive.

I love Time Pilot. It's a great classic arcade game. I have this game on the Gameboy Advance. The controls on it are alot better than this. My highest score was 750,000 on the Gameboy. On here I can barely get to 5,000. Play the real Time Pilot because it is awesome.

and those kamikaze enemy planes quite irritating!
I never played this classic game before, Konami made it?

This is pretty good. The Controls kind of reminds me of Combat for the ol' 2600, not much room to fly and shoot though, but I could see this get addicting fast. 4/5.
