also make space restart after diying (or any key)

Thanks for the suggestions, I've added the "W" and "Up Arrow" keys to work as jumping, and they will also restart the game. Updated version should be up soon!

just a suggestion, ¿can you make jump up key and w key so we can play single handed? thanks.
