You said updates? OK. In case you want to give us updates, BUT not yet have a plan what to, here is some advice:
1.st The game time is freezed if you look at an another tab. people hate that. Fix that as soon as possible.
2.nd Prestige system blabla, achivements blabla, etc.
3.rd IF gameplay > 2h, make an EXPORT SYSTEM
4.th I'll give you some actual in-game mechanics and equalations next time, but for the time being, work on these AND a unique idea
5.th DON'T GIVE UP

This could definitely use some updating. One thing nice to add is achievements. More expansive amount of aliens, with better progression system. Possibly adding a basic upgrade system to the lower aliens like ever 25 cou they become 2 times as effective or something similar to that.
