correction, both economy and unrest rise with intelligence.

Interesting. Higher intelligence means more unrest. Higher internet means waning economy. You lose when there's either economic collapse (all orange) or a riot (all green).
Though people being too stupid to breath doesn't seem to be an issue.

it has certain potential, I like idea of censoring internet but it needs to be more varied. Reference to "papers, please" is obvious, but this game lacks atmosphere of dictatorship, if you played papers you know what I mean, it's hypnotic.
