Patch 1.75 Notes

1) Incursus Octavus!

Every month there will be at least 2 events, an Incursion (your own sector), and an excursion where you need to fly to the enemy sectors to get to the enemies.

Each month has a name associated with it.

January – Primus
February – Secundus
March – Tertus
April – Quartus
May – Quintus
June – Sextus
July – Septimus
August – Octavus
September – Nonus
October – Decimus
November – Undecimus
December – Dudecimus

Example fleet names:

Primus Incursus IV (lvl 40)
Primus Excursus VII (lvl 150)

Many more events to come.

Those incursions will be cyclical and will return annually, each month however will grant different points. We’ve added semi-automatic events all the way up to 2030.

Incursion/Excursion events will be happening parallel/along side events such as Halloween events!

Event Rewards

Every event will have a different reward. One of the cooler rewards that will be available from it in the coming weeks will be instantly repairable ships or reduced repair time ships.

2) Mass Advanced Mass Amplifier

It no longer grants boost to every single weapon type. Special thanks to @{ RIG } Dekayedwolf for reporting it.

3) New Weapon Pierce Class Blasters

Massive armor penetration in exchange for increased power consumption!

Lvl 5-49 Incursion Fleets are Permanent!

We’ve decided to make them permanent, instead of only spawning them during events. The fact that they are not yellow is only that they aren’t event based.

Anniversary Armada
The sectors of Maelstrom are now covered in Anniversary Armada fleets!

By defeating them you’ll be able to gain access to the O.S.T.R.Y. Field – which is a Phase shield with the largest range of all shields in the game.

All event fleets are Multi-Battle, we recommend bringing 5-8 Players to tackle the bosses!

During the event you can fight 5 unique bases Level 40, 80, 150

- Cat SuperBase

- Pumpkin SuperBase
- RIP SuperBase
- Skull Superbase

Defeat them to get Badges that grant awesome rewards!
- Over 80 Blueprint Pieces to gain
- 3 Ship Slots
- A Halloween Exclusive, Unique Blueprint called The Heart of Darkness (HOD) with its many variants!
- Free Palladium!

Remember: SuperBases are tough and meant to be a team encounter! Soloing hurts!

Say Hello to Variant 5

A new Class of Ships: -10% HP, +40% Sector Speed

This is but a first, of many new Blueprints that you can collect in IGW! More will be coming soon!

Those ships will have a strategic importance in the future, once the Center Space is implemented and traversing the universe will take a longer period of time.

As with all variants, the drawback is placed upon them in order to keep IGW balanced.

CLIENT ERROR NOTICE
There are two major client bugs that can cause errors & crashes!

1) A new player joins the multibattle
Reason: We are working on it!
FIX: 1) Click VIEW SECTOR and go back into the battle whenever
a new player joins the fight ==> Rejoin the Battle.

2) Texts/Names/Badges don’t load properly after a patch
Reason: Old Game Cache not updated after update
FIX: 1) Close all game windows
2) Open the game once using incognito/private mode

Commanders Event Time!!
Elite Incursion
The Incursion has started and will last 4 days! Destroy fleets up to level 49 and gain badges and blueprints!

Jackpot Fleets
We have also made some adjustments to the Jackpot fleets! They still require some work, we made a few fixes – but the reward system still needs some work and will be ready for the next event. :wink:

- Jackpot Fleets are going to be permanent, and are a lot rarer now.

Multibattle Notes
- More fixes – especially multi-fight battles, and superbases are in the works. We want to add them for Halloween!
