Way too laggy for my Core-3 4GB Ram...

I am providing a other version with lower graphics. My setup is : Intel Core i5 - 3.2 - 8GB RAM. 60FPS

Music is horrible. I'd prefer something with a more crisp sound to it; this is like the jpeg version of audio.
