simple and yet just great. The fog to annouce enemies spawn is really a good idea.

suggestion: make your character as well as the orc pop out more against the backgrounds. maybe add an option to put a ring around your character as well.

some ingame achivements or an upgrade shop would be nice. (maybe temporary items only - just for fun)

Achievements would fit in nicely. I will add a bunch in a couple of days.

you could add a last stand level where the counter is enemies taken down, without the little orc, and being able to choose a weapon.
Hmmm I think I can work with that. Might add something like it.
