Normally the bridge will be closed to provide road transport and if any large ships need to cross the bridge, then it needs to be opened for ship transport by alerting the road signal, so that the road transport could be stopped. Unexpectedly, one day the hydraulic wires and the signal alert got repair. Assume that you are the overall in-charge for the ship crossing the bridge channel.
