Make a Story uses fun prompts for words, such as "D&D style treasure", "favorite food" or "goofy verb, present tense" instead of the bland "verb", "noun" etc. And it all takes place in the critter classroom library, the first locale shown for the Critterverse! And not only that, you can even submit your own stories and see them in the game, with your name as author and in the credits as a story writer!

To play, simply click "Enter the Library", where you can select your book and get a description of it. Use the arrows to peruse the shelves, and click the color-coded panels at the top to narrow it by type (also useful to see what kind of story each is on the shelves!). Once you've selected your book, simply enter your word or phrase and hit the arrow to the right to flip to the next page. Don't know what you want to enter? Hit the RANDOMIZER button to get different suggestions, or simply hit the button and the arrow to move on! The page counter at the bottom right will show you how many there are to enter, and stories range from about 5-20, depending on the story itself. Once you're done, take a look at your story!

Last we heard from our brave ninja he had set off on an adventure of amazing proportions. Claiming he could do anything without his silly (yet trusty) tiger Blaine, he charged into the day like a crazed elephant. The brave ninja found several unsuspecting demons whos day he intended to ruin when he mistakingly was captured. Well the brave ninja did what any respecting hero would do, he called for his trusty tiger Blaine momentarily forgetting that he was no longer at his side.
After a moment's hesitation, and frankly some embarassing laughter from his foes, the brave ninja gathered his wits and released the magic power within. When the demons saw this, they ran around madly. Thoroughly pleased with himself, the brave ninja turned back to tell his trusty amazing tiger of his heroic solo adventures, when suddenly a ferocious dragon appeared! What will our hero do? Will he be as lucky this time!?

There once was a brave Programmer who rode around on his trusty dolphin named Jonas. The brave Programmer relied on his trusty dolphin Jonas so much that he didn't know what to do when Jonas decided he wanted to have a day off. He questioned his trusty dolphin Jonas as to why it would want something so silly as a day off, but Jonas didn't really have any good answers thought the brave Programmer, so the brave Programmer stomped away.
Disapprovingly deciding days off were not for him, and that he didn't need his trusty dolphin Jonas any how, the brave Programmer set off to Fix bugs and defeat Game Master. He was definitely in the mood to ruin the day of a few unsuspecting glitches. After all, that's what brave Programmers do. Tune in next time when the brave Programmer computer crashes. Same Programmer time, same Programmer channel!

The brave dumb designer relied on his trusty Bacteria mr Rusty so much that he didn't know what to do when mr Rusty decided he wanted to have a day off. He questioned his trusty Bacteria mr Rusty as to why it would want something so silly as a day off, but mr Rusty didn't really have any good answers thought the brave dumb designer, so the brave dumb designer stomped away.Disapprovingly deciding days off were not for him, and that he didn't need his trusty Bacteria mr Rusty any how, the brave dumb designer set off to defeat evil dragons and defeat slenderman.
