This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. The sequel to my game from 2005, with all new graphics, engine and other improvements. Infect red bloodcells, fight against the immune system, do the evolution and go pandemic once more!

You are an infection. These are your objectives.
• infect: Drag germs onto red bloodcells to infect them.
• reproduce: More germs will spawn from infected bloodcells.
• survive: Avoid white bloodcells and antibiotics.
• destroy: Attack white bloodcells if you're powerful enough.
• evolve: Earn evolution points and upgrade your skills.

add replay/select levels option, and fix bug on title screen when trying to start new game, and it will be a 5/5. as is, 3.5/5. I got to lvl 29 before getting too frustrated by not being able to grind. that says a lot. :)

This game is such a biological conundrum. You reproduce by infecting cells, so you are CLEARLY a virus. However, you can also be killed by antibiotics, so you are just as CLEARLY a bacteria. And you also bested my Spaniard, which means you must have studied, and in studying you must have learned that man is mortal, so you would have put the poison as far from yourself as possible, so I can CLEARLY not choose the wine in front of me! And red blood cells have no nucleus and thus no DNA for a virus to hijack, so these are CLEARLY magical iocaine bacterio-viruses!
