The plane cannot move. The game is impossible to lose and boring. The enemies do not move and their attacks don't go anywhere. The music is stolen from a mario game.

Don't call it B24 Bomber, because it ain't. Maybe a B17?
Second, change the firing mechanism from 1x single shot to twin MG bursts. If you can't, just go with a single MG burst. Have the bullets move a lot faster and do far less damage. Probably best to use full-auto firing...
Fix the enemies... Enemies should fly in, attack with projectiles (not parachute flares), and fly out. If you're having trouble with the flying out, keep the system you have now but have them actually fire at you, not just drop a random bullet that kinda just floats there.
Bomber movement: When in formation, you have nowhere to move, but a lone bomber is able to manoeuvre quite happily. Not very fast, but they can move. If this is because your enemies can't track the bomber... Well they're aiming at some coordinates? Get the coordinates from a variable and have that variable be the bomber's coordinates.
I think that's most of the key issues addressed. As it stands a very poor game. Potentially has potential.

Honestly, I doubt you'll see this but in case you do this game is pretty usable, if you change the graphic design to reflect a 45 degree angle above the plane, although not necessary this set-up does seem to make the game a bit more playable, make enemy fire actually do something also I notice the enemies have health bars. perhaps make your shots faster and do 1/3 of an enemy's health bars. put in a few more levels, each with more dangerous enemies and this game is actually pretty good :) sorry if this seems like a lot but this game has potential and I would hate to see it go to waste :(
