It is your first day as an ambulance driver in Egypt , a group of gangs have attacked your area during an Egyptian wedding party,everybody is in the party, no one can help you,to be a hero or to join the party,it's your call, you have 5 minutes to deliver the patients to the hospitals before their hearts stop
