I don't mind the grind since I'm in no rush to beat the game and I love the huge amount of upgrades but the ads are really unstable and frequently leave messages stuck on the screen requiring a reload of the page.

Gave this a 1 star rating because the grind is horrible and the game is focused too much on advertising. You're better off replaying Burrito Bison 1 and 2.

Won't save, freezes on free pinata, and half of the time the ads won't load to get the pinata...I usually love these games, this time, 2/5. At least until those three issues are fixed.

Previous parts were way better. I maxed out everything. Nothing satisfying happened. Collecting recipes is pointless.

Everyone is echoing the same sentiment... too grindy, I'm giving this another day or so and then just settling with the older games...

Rocket Fuel is way too overpowered. My average stat is less than 5/9 and I have like 60% of hurting the boss with rocket fuel and chili bomb. If I hit no cake, 100% chance. When normally I struggle to even make near the wall. And the 75% should only be a premium thing. It's too much of a sudden progression. Maybe 25% off for normal people. And robbear shouldn't give me 5x the money of the other money gummies. Makes no sense. And I'd like it better if the chicken guy only flew up.
Besides that. I really love this new version. The cake wall is very new and fresh. The new gummies are fun and different. I like the cycling of the different characters. And I really like that you can get pinatas during the game and every 3 hours. I don't mind that the game is a little grindy. Pinatas make up for that by a lot.

That's a new one. Watch an ad, it says I get the pinata, and then it tries to make me watch another ad. Saddening that such a great series was made excessively grindy by greedy devs.

My impression of this game is that there is a lot of good and a lot of bad. The special gummies all feel very powerful and fun, the unique luchadores is an excellent touch, and the cake walls are totally unique and sets the game apart from other launchers. The problems with this game are multifarious and significant, however. The grind is simply too brutal at times. El Pollo and Pineapple Spank outstrip Burrito Bison humiliatingly, but you still have to cycle through all the characters. Finally, the pinatas are very in-your-face and cash-grabby. This game gets a 5/5 on fun, but loses a star for excessive freemium and grinding.

Why are the Peso Pals based on a time duration rather than a number of launches? Wouldn't it make more sense to say "You get double coins for the next two launches" than "You get double coins for every launch you can cram into the next two minutes?"

I come to Kongregate to play a free game I can knock out in an hour or two. It's so important that a game's pacing be spot on. The last two were marvelous, but this BB just fails to keep up the pace. I don't want to spend days or money on a browser game. I know this model makes the creators more money, but it otherwise disappoints and fails to deliver what the people who play it want.

The game will be a lot easier if u just do what the description says: "click and drag to launch, click to stomp, enjoy"

Mechanically, this game IS an improvement on BB2. The launch gimmick of finding the crit-window on the Candy Heels is better than the reaction/luck spinner, and feels great. The power ups you can find (that i've run into, but we'll get to that) are different or refreshing remixes: the punching pilot's a more satisfying pogostick. The fact BB:LL manages to hold a 3.9 is testament to how mechanically good this game is.
The problem is you BRUTALLY MURDERED your pacing with the outrageous price-curve for upgrades and low coin drops off of bears. Level 1 robbears give 100. that's it. To upgrade them to level three costs 28k. Unless those buggers drop 2k each at that point, that's INSANE. I don't have room to talk about the busted villain:reward upgrade curve.
If you wanted to make a weird, cynical advertisement penny-farm, I guess congratulations are in order. If you wanted to out-do yourself after BB2, you have to adjust the upgrade price curve down by at least 50%.

The quality of the game reallly makes me wonder if Berzerk Studio developed it. Really a big disappointment after 2 great games in a series.

I can't believe they made the grind so shitty like this... What a HUGE disappointment, two awesome games before, and now they make this. So sad.
