How do I even load up a completed save file? When I try I had to beat Catgod a second time. Is this a glitch? It could but I don't know what happened. Is the achievement for beating the game a second time on a completed save file is fake or troll achievement? This may be false because on YouTube a saw this guy and he had the achievement! Developers, please help with what is going on. p.s. on YouTube (again) I saw this guy playing and I saw text about he gets to replay the game with all of his stuff he gained. So this "glitch" might be true, or false. EXTRA REASON: when I beat CatGod it does not say I beat area 5. One last time, Developers, please teach me how I start from a completed game file.

I'll be honest here, I didn't expect to get that hooked to this game. I don't have much to say , it's a clear 5/5 from me and definitely going to play the other games of the series :)

This game has many colorful and great graphics filled lands to explore.
The instructions are intuitive/clear and controls are robust repeatable making progress workable. Map graphics are great and also graphics in places to explore. There is so much that can be done around the map keeping the game moving along.

What a fantastic game. I came here because I wanted some badges... now my save file shows I've spent 13 hours. Normally I don't like games like these (RPGs with turn based fights), but somehow this one is just so addictive. A true masterpiece.

as i moved cautiously into the crystal cavern i was suddenly confronted with a toad-like, shuddersome beast with huge glowing golden eyes. i tried to click on it but i could not attack it no matter how hard i tried. oh wait, that's the back of my character's head.

This game... Is GREAT! I may just play the entire series! Also, I like how the rivival item is Coffee. "wake up and smell the coffee". Also, I like it because I'm a coffee-holic. ~D)

Hey there follow EBF4 lovers! I am looking for advice I have beaten the last boss but it is not giving me the option of saving a completed save file, I need that to do a 2nd and then third playthrough is there something I am not doing correctly currently sitting in front of God Cat's wondering if I shud go through that again for nothing :/

hi my name is john this game is really good so far first in Graybone Graveyard you can add skeleton soldiers and banshees and ghouls and reapers and zomebies second in Whitefall Town you can add frost soldiers made of ice or snow third in crystal caverns you add rock soldiers made of stone

The secret to beating Godcat isn't raw power or elemental resistances, it is buffs and debuffs. For all her power Godcat can be hit by Weaken, Tired and Curse. By making use of this via Anna's Arrow Rain and the status Flairs, along with Gaia Bloom and the like, one can cripple Godcat's stats and make her far easier. Also, the player should have buffs in effect in order to boost their stats. Finally, FOOD. Make sure you are applying food boosts properly; Ham is useless on Natz and Lance, while Cake is useless on Matt and Anna. That said, Godcat is still an immensely difficult battle, but it still can be done on Epic after level 33 even without Premium equipment.

EBF5 is out on steam, however the web version is going to be a bit more polished (and the steam version will be update at the same time). Go ahead and buy the steam game if you were going to buy the premium version here, its just 15 bucks. A lot of games these days run 40, 60 bucks so its a good deal if you ask me. Or you can wait a while and play the web version when it comes out, that'll work too.
