Oh dear. It would seem that you've taken on some rather backwater ideas.
Satisfaction doesn't come from completing something but rather overcoming a difficult challenge. If there's no challenge then there's no satisfaction as there's nothing really to overcome, making it mundane.
Frustration is normal, and for "challenges" that are impossible to beat (square peg, round hole. Convoluted control schemes) calling BS is perfectly acceptable. But for everything else, the difficulty involved in challenges these days needs to go up, not down.
