The fire-wind-twister-spell is controlable with the arrow keys, but its rather hard to aim. The fireshield might be a better idea in some situations.
Also the earth-water-spell that spawns a tree will constantly heal you if u stand under it.
thanx for the bug reports =P i'm sorry i hope it's more balanced now. It's supposed to be quite hard later on tho. I've played it too much while making it, i guess i can't tell the diffilculty anymore.

I've made a little tutorial in the beginning, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out though =)
Use the ARROW-KEYS to MOVE,
A-BUTTON on your keyboard to SHOOT,
and the S-BUTTON to cast a STRONG SPELL.
In order to cast strong spells you have to pick up gems first. Some gems can be combined, some neutralize each other. There are 4 gems: Fire, Earth, Wind and Water.
Here are some tips:
The Green, and the Blue-Green S-Button-Spell will heal you,
The Red one will make you invulnarable.
Using an S-Button spell will make you loose your gems.

Wow, ok i hope this will be the last update… i think i wiped out all bugs.
All doors will open after you collected all the keys on a map. Sometimes you have to kill monsters to make a key appear, or simply stay alive for some time. some doors will be open from the beginning. some keys are hard to see, but none is completly hidden.
Added some gems and highered the damage. Still, better don’t waste them too fast =).
If u get stuck, wich hopefully won’t happen, just actualize the browser window and use the continue option.
All progress gets saved. However, save games will disappear if you start a new game, or delete your cookies =P

Ehhh, it's alright, but a few things need changing.
Enemies appearing from nowhere? That's ok, but not when they appear on top of you or continuously respawn no matter how many there are already on screen.
The damage also seems off. You should be able to knock them back or kill them much easier. It's no fun to shoot them, wait for your attack to recharge then shoot them once more when there are 10 enemies all coming at you and backing you into a corner.
The idea was nice...

It is an ok game. It could be really good though. Obviously the bugs need fixed. The spells seem totally random and not really controlled. It needs to be either story driven where you reach the exit rather than a door on every screen or it needs a set number of levels where you need to clear each level and exit through the door? It seems to be somewhere in the middle at the moment. Good effort though.

This game could benefit from some audiovisual feedback when you hit enemies. At first I wasn't sure if that little lightning bolt was killing dudes or if they were ignoring it.

The basic spell's lack of control has managed to render the first level unbeatable for me. Defeat five enemies with a spell which does imperceptible damage and more often than not goes diagonal up-right when the monsters spawn to your immediate left? Steep difficulty curve much?
