The numbers don't make any sense. I can buy one 5flops/sec for $45, or I can buy ten 1flops/sec for $50? So 2 X 5flops/sec for $90= 10flops/sec vs.
10 X 1flops/sec for $50 = 10flops/sec? The same is true for selling. 25 flops for $1 vs. 250 flops for $8? Seriously?

What do chips even do?
when you buy a cpu it take a chips to build it, the best flop/price ration is the zen 1 but when you advance in the game you need to buy ATN 404 because you d'ont have enough chips you need to calculate the flop/chips ratio

Try:

Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration

Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Check your DNS settings.
Contact your network administrator if you're not sure what this means.
Allow Opera to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server…
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Main menu > Settings > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".
