Unfortunately you can’t really mess with the mechanics of a FPS. One thing you can do though is make some sense out of a story, or even the mechanics of the multiplaye.

Diseaga, even though the it’s a Tactical Simulation RPG like Final Fantasy Tactics, but the levels go up to 9999 and you also level up weapons as well. If you’re looking for something on the side of PC go with Lineage, no level cap there.
