Topic: Technical Support / Purchasing Kreds

I made several attempts to purchase Kreds ($50 package) and each time I tried to make the transaction I got a message saying that I needed to re-enter my card information because some of the information was said to be wrong. But my bank account has now been deducted $250 and I never moved past the part of the process where you enter the card information (or if there even is another part after that) nor have I received any Kreds to confirm the purchases. Is there anything that can be done to help me with this?
