Rockband 1 and 2. great selection of songs and it basically lets you have a library of songs similar to itunes. Also the DLC is often better, more consistent, and larger in quantity of songs

CoD 4 is better. less buggy, and a more balanced multiplayer and its also made by a better company, infinity ward. Plus i bet u could find it for cheap if u havent made a decision yet
