I’ve bought Crystal 3 times and each transaction turned into problem ticket. 1st ticket was resolved after making me contact kong. 2nd ticket has been open and unresolved since March 16 avoiding my requests for a status update. 3rd ticket has been open and unresolved since March 31 again avoiding all my requests for a status update.

Nevermind, found answer on R2 Main Site:

[Announcement] CS Downtime for 04/03
Crystal Saga’s normal weekly maintenance has been cancelled for this week. However, we will be restarting all the servers at 4:00 AM EDT on Wednesday April 3rd. (1:00 AM PDT, 4:00 PM GMT +8) While servers are expected to be down for about 30 minutes, the duration could be shorter.

Wonder why they didn’t post this on our forums…

On March 31, 2013 I completed a transaction for 625 Crystal (+Bonus Items) through your Easter’s Day promo, but never received them. Kongregate verified my transaction with a confirmation screen telling me my transaction is complete. I sent a ticket to R2 (#157363) including a request for response regarding Ticket #146155. Once more, my issue has been redirected:

Again, we regret any inconvenience that caused to you. Your concern has been forwarded to the appropriate department to be addressed this properly.

On March 16, 2013 I completed a transaction for 625 Crystal (+Bonus Items) through your St. Patrick’s Day promo, but never received them. Kongregate verified my transaction with a confirmation screen telling me my transaction is complete. I sent a ticket to R2 (#146155) and received the following response:

“This ticket has been directed to the proper department for further investigation once that has been completed you will receive a response as to the outcome. We understand your frustration at this situation, but it is being investigated. Once again thank you for your patience and understanding.”

I have sent follow-up messages requesting a status update to no avail.

What is “a normal Recharge pack”?

On March 01, 2013 I made a purchase for 500 Crystal (+Bonus Items) using kreds while playing Crystal Saga. The transaction was confirmed through Kongregate with this message:

I sent a ticket to R2Games support center (Ticket #132045) and they are claiming they did not receive the transaction and that I must contact you (Kongregate) to clear this situation up. This was their response:
