There is an error in your formulating…

Lets say 3.9999…. (nines going on infinitely) equals x.
Multiply both sides by 10… that would give me 39.999… = 10x
now subtract 1x from both sides, that would give me 9x = 39.999… – x
now substitute x for its value. 9x = 39.999… – 3.999…
although the nines go on infinitely, they will always cancel each other out, as 9 – 9 always equals
Simplifying, it would give me 36.000…. (zeros going on forever)
36.000…. = 36
so 9x = 36
now divide nine by each side
that would give you 1x = 4
now x = 3.999… and x also equals 4
Therefore, 3.9999…. = 4
The logic is indisputable

I think I’ve played so many mafias now, that I’m literally a mafia snob/connoisseur. I know this post is mean, but seriously edit those roles and rules so this game won’t suck, that’s my best advice.

The blazer is not overpowered. With proper tactic (as most players don’t have any) the blazer is pretty vulnerable. The target range for its heat ray is much shorter than its firing range, meaning if you stay just out of its targeting range, keep it within yours, and keep moving, its doom is inevitable…
