@ Lurch007, are you summoning early enough? Generally start summoning on wave 1, as many as you can handle, maybe 50 the first time. Use the extra mana to upgrade, exand you mana pool, and summon more on the next wave. You need to build up defenses ahead of the waves geting harder.

When you’re in the early stages of the game, “armored only” is the best way to go, since swarms almost always reach your gem and cost you a +30% XP amulet. And giants may require too much attention.

Well, in another tread, you’re building level 36 gems and summoning 600k+ monsters. Increase the difficulty of the map and don’t summon so much and you should be able to win any map.

Maybe around grade 34 is where you can stop on your kill gem with the level you’re at now. Stick it in a tower and send all the waves and it should kill everything before it gets on the screen if you’re not summoning. Takes 20-30 minutes to play itself out.

The non-pylon ones with the highest base scores yield the highest rewards and it’s pretty much fixed by what the difficulty settings are. Around 2500 base score might yield around 100 million XPs.

You really need to make a two-color triple gem by starting with a gem that has a very small amount of a third color and combining it with a matching gem that only has the two colors you want.

Eventually the third color disappears and you have a gem that has the 22% bonus but only has two colors.

If you were doing that, I think the 23 grade lime/yellow would be slightly more powerful than the lime/yellow/red combo you have there.

Summon/anger up more monsters, starting with the first wave, as many as you can but not so many that you cannot kill them. Keep doing that on every wave and by wave 20 you should have a gem that instantly obliterates the shadow as soon as it comes in range, and/or be able to just drop a large gem bomb on it. I think a g10 yellow will do it.

Sounds like you aren’t getting past their armor. If you are summoning that many monster you will easily drive the armor up to a point where damage of shrines has no effect. Is that the bombing you are talking about?

The new energy requirements eat up a lot of power on the gatlings on the lower level player i have.

Gatling II’s 14eu vs Gatling VIs 85eu. It drains down pretty quickly.

Just saw a bug where the stations disappeared from the combat screen but could still be entered through the map screen. Reloaded and it was back to normal.

Actually weapons seem to cheap at any level, compared to everything else. I rarely see anything that is out of price range for long. Engines, droids and especially ships are pretty pricy. I see hulls in the billions.

This game showed up on Kong about a week ago and it was an interesting but slightly boring space exploration shooter, and then quickly developed into a dogfighting, pile-on space shooter.

The developer has put a lot of work into it, there’s a lot of room for it to grow, and i have created this thread for it’s fans to discuss its development.

I’ll just start off with: I think ships are overpriced and weapons underpriced. Discuss.
