Actually, it doesn’t work for everyone. It may just be that you’re sleeping better. The deeper you sleep, the more likely you’ll have REM sleep(Rapid Eye Moment – This is where dreams occur) instead of Non-REM sleep (You’re sleeping, just not dreaming).

My friend sleeps nude, but he barely dreams. shrug It’s based on how comfortable you are to the point where you have REM sleep.

I loved it. I think Heath Ledger did a great job for this last movie(sadly…). He was the reason I even went to see the movie, and man did I love it. :)

The nurse was my favorite part, because it made me laugh. Who knew the Joker looked so nice in a nurse dress? ;)
