The first page was not written by me. They were created by a sociologist named Buri as part of the Parental Authority Questionnaire. The questions are used only to determine the type of parenting style present.

Teenagers or young adults. Both work. But yeah it was initially targeted at just people in my school but I asked my teacher if I could expand it to the internet and she thought it was a great idea.
