I’d say I’m a striker for the most part. In early rounds I’ll just post a big score, but count on it being high enough to get me through the round. I care not for being the highest score in a round (unless it’s the finals). Mid to late rounds is where I really shine, I’m able to build momentum, honing and refining my strategies to steadily increase my score. At the start of the round I’ll be annoyed at the seeming impossibility of the bomber scores, but steadily work my way towards them until I have the break-through. Then in the sem-finals and finals I go into a silent destroyer mode. In the one tournament I won, I meticulously built my score off-line, improving it without letting anyone else know. Then in the last half hour of the round I connected, got my score into the API and posted it, sniping the victory.

At my heart I’m a striker, though. I can be a bomber in the early rounds where my first score is enough to get me through, but I’m at my best when I have to build momentum to stave off elimination. But when it comes to the finals, where you need to be a better silent destroyer than your opponent(s) I generally fall short.

(Of course I haven’t done a tournament in quite a long time and I plan on staying retired.)

I haven’t run into this. You can swipe or tap down when in the middle of a jump to cancel that animation and immediately go straight to the ground. You can easily avoid jumping over normal zombies this way.

edit: And of course after probably about a half dozen runs of 45k+, I finally break 50k… and in convincing fashion (almost 75k).

I’d enjoy Ninja Slash a lot more if it wasn’t for two things. The occasional fatsos which automatically break your combo and the exorbitant price of upgrades, requiring a LOT of excessive grinding.

I do feel rather silly grinding coins just so I can spam one of the abilities without regard for the intended purpose just to upgrade my maximum combo. I felt really good when I broke 300 combo, but I didn’t give a shit when I broke 20,000 points.

Okay, here you go then. It’s not the perfect breakdown of the difficulty of medium badges, but most awarded is a fairly good indicator. Plus, since it’s already on this site, it tells you which ones you already have and don’t have and the links for the games are included.

It really isn’t necessary to create threads to try and recreate features in a less efficient way than Kongregate already offers.

Actually, a quick way to delete all the shouts from one person if they’re spamming you is to just block all messages from that person. That deletes all of them at once and if you want to keep getting messages from them, you can simply immediately unblock them.

I’d definitely lean more towards collecting all data cores being along the lines of impossible difficulty. I just finished up earning all the data cores on medium and that would be a difficult hard badge.

Also, after playing a few levels on challenge difficulty, they lock what resources you have, which removes a bit of the open-ended part of the game, meaning meaning there’s more than likely only one “solution” for each challenge level.

For some reason I got an extra little laugh over the fact that the thread about the Arabic chat room got locked and this one did not.

Also, I’m getting a laugh out of the thought of there being an atheist chat room and Christians coming to troll it.
