Are you linked to Facebook? If so, change that password.

Then go back to Kongregate, and log out and back in, change your password, then log out and back in again. If they still get into your account, they are playing on the same computer you are, you downloaded a key logger, you gave your password to someone, or someone is looking at you when you type your password.

I would direct your question to support@kongregate.com. However, just as a quick check, in order for you to have gotten 400 bonus kreds (doubled to 800) you would have had to spend on the order of $200 or more. This isn’t an unreasonable amount (and you do say it is a substantial sum), but I just wanted to make sure that your bonus kreds weren’t already doubled without you realizing it.

If you don’t post the user you are having a problem with, and you don’t post what problem you are having (Does the kred page not load? Do you get an error when trying to buy kreds? Have your accounts been blocked from buying kreds? Were you banned for kred issues? Something else?) , how can anyone help. It sounds like you emailed kreds@kongregate.com. Just wait for their reply (make sure you are checking the correct email account, if you have lots of alts you might be getting them mixed up… and that you are also checking your spam filter).

Thanks. I don’t see any obvious signs of malware/adware. That doesn’t meant that they aren’t there but usually there is an additional ad or two stuck on when they cause problems.

Does this happen on only on Guitar Maniac Challenge and Berserk Ball? Does it happen if you use a different browser?

Sorry, but I seem to be out of ideas on this one without looking at your broswer’s error logs.

I got it right away (in about a minute). Make sure your correct email address is configured in Kong and that it didn’t go to your spam folder. You should have a Kong PM with a link to resend the email to you, you can try that.

If all else fails, after 24 hours, Kongregate should send you a second PM to follow up on if you have not yet gotten the email.

Adv0catus is totally correct.

In this case though I will also add the following. I have see alot (ALOT) of people reporting problems on “earn 450 swagbucks to get 200 kreds” TrialPay offer. What others have said causes the offer to trigger is actually “buying” a $5 gift card with those 450 swag bucks. Have you actually tried this? If not, I would. If that doesn’t work, then please do as adv0catus says and contact TrialPay support.

You still have at least one add on running (or extension or plugin or something). Something is modifying the page (there should be an ad above the game which is not there). Are you running an ad blocker? If so, please disable it. Sometimes these can conflict with the site or even be blocking the ads being injected by an adware program running on your PC (which isn’t good, but without the viable ads to indicate this I don’t know what to tell you to remove).

Try to reset your password using your email address instead of your Kong user name (both work, but using your email ensures you are using the correct one). If that doesn’t work, as donseptico said, check your spam filter.

If you want to reset your password, it will ask you to log in again. Do that, then you should be able to change your password.

  • Does this happen in other browsers (if you are using Firefox, does it happen in Chrome and/or IE)?
  • Try to disable any extensions or ad-ons or plugins you have running and try again (you can leave flash enabled that one is ok).

If that doesn’t work can you please post a full screen shot (scrolled all the way up so we can see your profile bar, and large enough so that we can see below the game window)?

I assume you mean the code for the 30 free Kreds that you get if you play the mobile game, Little Alchemist, through the tutorial. The code worked for me just fine. Make sure you are using your own code (not someone else’s) and that you put the code in exactly as it is in the email that you got (I would even copy it from your email, then paste it into the page on Kong). If that doesn’t work, what error are you getting specifically? Can you show a screen shot with your code a bit blacked out?

You are logged into Kongregate (you had to be to post here). If you are having trouble connecting to a specific game (such as Contract Wars), please contact the game’s developers or check the game’s forum (if it has one).

This question is not something this forum will be able to help with. I am not sure if the issue is on the Kongregate side, PaySafe side, or something that you did wrong or were unaware of. I would start with sending an email to kreds@kongregate.com with the specifics of what you did and how this is different than what you expect. They may provide you with some data and send you to PaySafe (FYI – their customer service number is +1-877-638-6920).

There is a “report bug” link in the game tab to the right of the game. You can also click on the link for the developer’s profile and send them a PM. You could also post your question in whatever forum exists for the game you are talking about. The developer might also have their own ticketing system that you need to submit issues to.

I’m still curious about the expiry date of the offer though.

The notification I saw said it expired Feb 3. I just downloaded the game, played the tutorial, and got the kreds. So you should be good.

I would make sure you are logged into Kongregate, and logged into the same account as yesterday. If you are, then I would contact the developers of that game to address the issue.
