Said another way, they are going to try to get ahold of TrialPay to see if they have a connection issue on their side. There is nothing that Kongregate can do to fix the issue. The problem being reported is happening when data is being served from the TrailPay servers. Since you do seem to be able to get a connection and report issues, I don’t expect that Jason (or anyone from Kongregate) will be able to do anything more to help you.

Technically the kreds aren’t free. You are spending your time earning the kreds by doing stuff that TrialPay is asking you to do. This isn’t much different than you getting a job, getting money for that job, and buying Kreds with that money. If you look, you would get more kreds for your time if you got a job and used the money from the job to buy kreds. So you do have another option.

Sure, fine. But you need to contact TrialPay. It is not Kongregate that is offering you the kreds for doing stuff. Kongregate is just pointing you to a place that will buy your time for kreds. If you are experiencing poor service from TrialPay, then you need to take it up with TrialPay.

You can send the person who has the password of the account a private message. However, I should point out that giving your account to another person is against the TOS. So if the owner of the account were to give or sell it to you, the account can be banned for breaking the TOS.

If you have a concern with one of the offers you completed, you can use the red “support” button at the top right part of the offer wall. Select the offer that you have a concern about and follow the instructions.

What Jason said he would do is to try to get ahold of TrialPay for you. But it sounds like you already got ahold of TrialPay (or at least are able to open cases with them and exchange emails with them).

Honestly, if the TrialPay offers aren’t working for you, and/or you are unsatisfied with the support you get from TrialPay, then stop using it. That is what I do when a service provider isn’t measuring up to my expectations.

Personally, I don’t see any associated server costs for a sandboxed game. You provide a flash file which is hosted and delivered by kong at absolutely zero cost for you! Just like pretty much any other game on here.

The game is designed to work as a client to some server that feeds it data. The client can certainly be held on Kong forever (as you suggest). But without the server the client won’t work. The server side is what the devs would have to spend money on. If you want them to redesign their whole game to be 100% client side, there would be cost to that in development time.

Greetings all,

Ralkk specifically asked in her thread requesting votes for PP card names that there be no discussion, only voting. So I thought I would create this thread because I wanted to talk about a few of them, and I didn’t want to break the rules. So feel free to talk about them in this thread.

First off:

Of the two choices:

  1. Skeletal Stalker
  2. Olifant of Horror <—-

I think Olifant of Horror is the better one. The picture doesn’t show it (her? him?) stalking anything. Plus I just like the name “Olifant” and would like it used in Tyrant somehow.


  1. Nexus Surge
  2. Fallout <——
  3. Extortion

Fallout is my choice here hands down. The attributes and the picture both scream it IMO.


  1. Gatling Slayer
  2. Forerunner

It has no siege… how can it be a Gatling Slayer when a Gatling Tower is a structure?


What are your thoughts on those or other cards?

What you probably got was the Lionheart badge and points. When they set up the Powerup Reward Points for Lionheart, they copied the config from TU, and then forgot to change the text. I am sure if you look, the day you got those badges in Aug were the days you were playing Lionheart.

On the “free kred wall” there is a red button in the upper right hand corner to contact support. This will allow you to contact TrialPay (who provides these offers and rewards kreds). Click that button, select one offer you have concern about, and then follow the instructions. Repeat if you have more than one offer that you have questions/concerns about.
