Topic: Technical Support / Guys, I need all of your help! Someone hacked my main account and... Please read all :(

When I first read this post, I thought you were this guy. However even though the request is teh same; the user name, while similiar, is different.

Anyway, if you think someone “hacked” your account, and you want to know what you can do about it, I suggest that you read this post in the sticky of this forum

Topic: Technical Support / Games freeze up during opening credits

Is this for unity games or flash games (or both)? I would start with re-installing your flash (and unity if they are also impacted) utility. If that doesn’t work then try the following:

  1. Disable any and all extensions and add-ons.
  2. if that doesn’t resolve your problem post a screen shot of your broswer. Make sure the window is maximized, scrolled all the way up (so that it shows your profile bar, and large enough so that you can see the bottom of the screen.

I will likely suggest that you scan for malware using Malwarebytes or Spybot, but let’s see what your screen print shows first.

Does this happen on just this game? Can you do the following:

  1. Disable any and all extensions and add-ons then restart your browser.
  2. if that doesn’t resolve your problem post a screen shot of your browser. Make sure the window is maximized, scrolled all the way up (so that it shows your profile bar, and large enough so that you can see the bottom of the screen.

My guess is that you have been clicking the BQ links from chat like a mad person. Sometimes when you join many BQs you run into a bug that allows you to join 2 BQs with the same SS (it has to do with joining a BQ with a SS after they finish the BQ they were in but before you confirmed that 1st BQ done). I would suggest hitting that BQ like crazy, and maybe posting a note in the BQ chat log asking someone to repost the BQ link (you won’t be able to get it via inspect element in this case).

If you mean that they have a timer on them but there is no active BQ at the moment, I would try to check each volume separately and then the joined BQ “volume” itself. If you don’t see any, then try to garrison those SS and ungarison them, or pull them into an adventure party and send them on a short adventure, or have them join a BQ and then finish it. Those things should also clear their timer.

The yellow plug only is an indication of your connectivity to chat. The game can work or not and that has no bearing on the plug color. However the same single cause can impact both the game working and the plug color (such as your connection speed or ISP).

Maybe they are trying to say that I am an “Amiable Mercenary”.

  • Amiable – having or displaying a friendly and pleasant manner
  • Mercenary – a professional soldier hired to serve in an army

So I am like a friendly hired soldier? I guess that means I let others shoot first?

PS – I guess you can evolve this to a 3/15/3 armor 2, rally righteous 2, siege 2 …. which doesn’t really seem all that great to me to be honest (especially for a TU card).

It would help to share what game you are playing. I assume it is Game of Thrones Ascent.

My guess is your two SS are doing different BQs even if they are the same type. For example you could be in Player 1’s “Wake the Dragon” BQ and your other SS is in Player 2’s “Wake the Dragon” BQ.

Just finish one or the other BQ and you should see that they are actually different.

If both BQs are yours, that sometimes happens when you click the options too quickly.

Without knowing that (and assuming it is a game that you can spend kreds on), either look for your where your amount of premium currency and click on that, or just try to buy something and a popup will usually trigger saying you don’t have enough premium currency and asks if you want to buy some.

A yellow plug should not impact your ability to chat. However, if you only get this on this one game, my guess is that you have a poor network connection and this one game (that I assume passes a lot of data) is putting you over a threshold.

I would not worry about it. If it bothers you, use a wired network connection instead of a wireless (if that is what you are using) or look into the speed of your ISP.

I assume you are talking about Game of Thrones Ascent. Dumb question but you don’t have 9999 cloth do you? I assume not, but that is the max.

Sometimes the new cloth does not reflect right away. Claim silver from the counting house, then check. If you know for a fact that you are not getting cloth, I would r"eport the issue to the developers":http://support.disruptorbeam.com.

Tom – can you show a bit more in your screen print? I am hoping that you can scroll the page all the way up until you see your profile bar, and have the window large enough to extend below the bottom of the game screen. What you see here usually gives you a clue to where the problem is.
