Assuming this is a TrailPay offer from the “free kred offer wall”, check the red support button in the upper right corner of that wall. Select the offer you have concerns about and follow the instructions. This is how you get support from TrialPay.

You don’t use kreds on mobile games. You just pay money directly. However, they pointed out that, since you can log in to your user on both Kongregate website and the mobile app, you can use kreds on the website, and enjoy the item/content on the mobile app if you want.

Topic: Technical Support / efecty problem

Do you mean that you bought kreds or that you used kreds to buy something else? I assume that you are trying to buy kreds and that you are using something called “Efecty” to pay for or buy them. If this is correct, I would contact Efecty to see why the kreds aren’t being delivered (http://www.efecty.com.co/).

If after 3 business days you don’t hear back from Efecty, you can try to email kreds@kongregate.com

You have to get Kongbot a new arm.

After you do that, make sure that your FB account is not already connected to a Kongregate account and that your Kongregate account isn’t already connected to a different FB account. Also make sure you are logged into the FB account you want to link to (in a separate window of course).

I assume you are talking about Game of Thrones Ascent. I also assume you started this challenge at least 12 hours before you made your post. If so, this was expected. They changed the challenges all over (you might have noticed their timer expiring at 7pm EST on Sunday) and new challenges were created this morning (about 6:30am or so EST).

The prize for the shaddowcat challenge is now a black gem (no more cloak).

If you finished your challenge yesterday before 7pm EST, and claimed your prize before that time… then I would submit a ticket to DB at their website

It sounds like the reason that your account was unbanned was that you supplied them with the card holder’s real name (which you substituted for “xxxxx xxxxxxx” in your post above), which I assume was the piece of information that they needed.

I also don’t understand why you are so concerned with the email address. Kongregate has this (that is how they sent you the email). They got it from your account config, where you have your email listed.

It sounds though that you got your issue resolved (your account was unbanned) and that Kongregate got the information they needed (the name of the card holder).

Ok… so we have climbed from below the top 20 to now be sitting battling at second place (EMP is not far behind though):

Help us make the play to climb back up to 1st. Send Pip a PM if you are interested in joining up (or if you have a small group of active friends who want to all stay together into a competitive faction).

Also, I was told to put better meme’s and pictures into the recruitment thread. So I did a google search for most awesome picture on the internet and this came up as the 1st hit:

You will still want to check your kred balance and transactions to see if they have showed up yet. If they haven’t check your method of payment to see if the transaction went though on that end (so PayPal or whatever). If you don’t see them, then you can try again. If you do see the funds pulled then your next step is your method of payment.

  • If you used some sort of merchant giftcard (Subway card of whatever), then you will want to contact support@xsolla.com.
  • If you used PayPal, you should get the transaction ID and email kreds@kongregate.com.
  • If you used a credit card, you should contact the number on the back of the card to confirm the transaction was approved. If it was, then send an email to kreds@kongregate.com.
  • If you used Boku (mobile minutes) make sure you confirmed the text message, and if so you can contact support@boku.com.
  • If you used some other form, you will want to contact them to confirm it went through. If it was, get a transaction ID and email kreds@kongregate.com.

It sounds like you bought kreds, received kreds, then tried to use kreds to buy an in game purchase (either an item or premium currency), and you didn’t get your in game item/currency. Is this right?

Step 1: Check your kred balance and transactions to make sure that the kreds were removed from your balance. If they were not, just try the purchase again. If they were, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Contact the developer of the game with your concern that they took your kreds but didn’t give you what you bought. Hopefully this resolves your issue.

If after 3-4 business days (so Wednesday or Thursday of next week) you don’t hear at all from the developer, and you still don’t have whatever you bought in whatever game you bought it in, then send an email to kreds@kongregate.com. Be sure to specify you already tried contacting the developer.

I am pretty sure that Kongregate can’t initiate a chargeback on your account. Only you (or I guess maybe your bank) can do this. Your bank doesn’t usually chargeback transactions without the expressed request of the account owner. Occam’s Razor would suggest that the account owner initiated a chargeback.

Maybe you are unclear what a “chargeback” is. It is when the account owner disputes a charge with the bank/credit card. So for example, if you contacted the bank/credit card company and said, “I was incorrectly charge this” or, “I didn’t get my kreds from this transaction but Kongregate charged me for them”, that would be a chargeback. Contacting Kongregate and having them handle it will not result in a chargeback. Contacting your bank/credit card company and disputing a transaction will result in a chargeback.
