Well, since you are playing on the Kongregate website, I would not expect that what you do here would make changes in Facebook (or visa versa).

If you have an issue with in game currency not showing up. Please do check to make sure that you are checking on the correct website (Koongregate vs Facebook). If you are, then I would contact the developer(s) of the game in question. They would be able to help you.

If you are having a comparability with the new version of Android 5.0 (lollipop) and the game Global Assult, you need to raise your concern to the developers.

SAS Zombie Assault 2 can be found here. However it looks like the developer might have removed it or something (or that something is wrong with it). You can try messaging the developer, or you can try playing SAS Zombie Assault 4 if you liked SAS Zombie Assault 2.

Battle Conquest is also no longer on the Kongregate site (from your pic it might have been a K+ game available only for beta testing).

You have to load the game that is the BotD on that day. You can earn the badge in advance if you want, but you need to actually load the game on the day that it is listed as the Badge of the Day to get the Badge of the Day.

That calendar shows Badge of the Day earned (which is different from the regular badges).

Topic: Technical Support / Exclamation mark during play

This usually means Flash has crashed.

I would do the following things (in order):

  1. Play in private/incognito mode (this disables any extensions/plug-ins/add-ons). If the game works now it is one of those that is causing the problem. Turn them off one by one to see which it is specifically.
  2. Re-install Flash
  3. Change browsers to see if your issue is browser specific.
  4. If nothing resolves the issue, then report the issue to the developer, as they need to resolve any in game issues.

I assuming you are talking about “Little Alchemist”. You have to get to the 4th area before events spawn. Events also only start on specific days. If you have done that and still don’t see any events, you can try to contact the developer by sending them a bug report, reaching out to them at whatever ticketing system they might have, or posting on the game’s forum.

I notice you are familiar with that forum since you have already posted there (indeed, you posted there asking how frequently events spawn).

Are you having trouble buying kreds, or using kreds to purchase in game currency or items?

  • If you are having trouble purchasing kreds, then you should email kreds@kongregate.com.
  • If you are having trouble using kreds that you already have to buy in-game items, then you should contact the developer of the game you are trying to spend kreds on.

You can check your kred balance and history (to see what transactions have gone through) here.

Topic: Technical Support / My account has been blocked after I paid for Kreds

As cargo said, Kongregate has been trying to contact you for a week now trying to validate the kred purchase. I would check your spam and deleted folders in your email account linked to Kongregate. Normally when this happens is that they ban you for a week to get your attention. Once you provide the information they lift the ban. If you don’t, then your account is permanently banned.

I assume you just emailed both kreds and support@kongregate.com today. Today is a holiday in the US, so it might take another day to respond to the emails you sent. If you do not hear from them by Wednesday morning, I would send another email. You can also post again here and I will get direct this to the attention of an admin.

I don’t know what other account you are talking about, but as you say, Kongregate has identified you as spamming. You are probably making it worse by trying to post again and again the messages that Kongreagate is hiding. This only confirms to the system that you are indeed spamming.

Try to earn a few badges, rate a few games, post a few comments. Make a few friends and get a few fans. Above all, don’t post things that are going to get modded. If that doesn’t work, then I would suggest that you email support@kongregate.com instead.

Issues with buying premium currency or in game items with kreds in a specific game need to be addressed by the developer of the game. However, you might try a few things yourself quickly (and I would go in order, from top to bottom):

  • Switch to incognito/private mode in your browser. Bring up the game and try to buy whatever you are trying to buy then. This will disable all your plugins/extensions/add-ons. If the problem is caused by one of them, then you will be able to do what you want. Then just turn off all your plugins and back on one at a time until you find the one that causes the problem.
  • Try using a different browser.
  • Try running a malware scan (Malwarebytes and Spybot are both good options, and free).

If those don’t fix your problem, then I would report it to the developer.

Some things to consider/do

  • Sometimes it takes a bit for the email to arrive. It is not unreasonable for it to take longer than 20 minutes, however 2 hours would be a bit long.
  • If you checked your spam/deleted/junk folder and still can’t find the email, I would send an email to support@kongregate.com, and be sure to send it from the email address linked to the account in question. They can help.
  • You might be absolutely sure of the email address you used, but you might want to choose to reset using either your user name or your email address (whichever one you didn’t use earlier). If you have a different email that sonick912 is linked to it will go to that email if you reset it using your account name. If you try to reset it using your email, it will reset whatever account is linked to that email (selecting the oldest if there is more than one).
