Then I would make sure you are not blocking any of your Kongregate cookies specifically (you can check this by:

  1. right click on the page
  2. view page info
  3. detail button
  4. view cookies button

Make sure they are being set and that you are not blocking stuff from Kongregate or other 3rd party cookies used during your kongregate session.

  1. Make sure you progressed past level 4 (this is when the rest of your SS show up if you spent gold to buy them or spent gold to unlock at least 1 seal slot).
  2. I hope you didn’t have your perm SS on a PtP run, defending PtP, or assigned to a garrison when you reincarnated (if you did, you will have to wait until their timer expires, which may be up to a week if garrisoned or defending PtP) before you can use them or even free up the CP they are using)..
  3. If you have a “lord” instead of a “lady”, it is because this is what you selected when you reincarnated. If you don’t want to be a dude, you can restart (character menu → character tab inside the character menu → look at your avatar → see that small circle / tree thing? Click on it → select restart (NOTE: this is generally not a good idea to do, but if you are just 20-30 minutes into your reincarnation, then it should be fine… doing this will reset to just after your last reincarnation).
  4. You should also make sure your didn’t send you helpful on a quest, adventure, garrisoned in AvA, or PtP run. If you did, then you will have to wait until they come back (you should be able to pull them back from garrison if needed, or speed them up from the keep if you want).

If you are past level 5 and still see none of your SS in the keep (helpful, assuming you didn’t sell/exile her, or any SS you spent gold on), then you can enter a ticket with the developers at http://support.disruptorbeam.com

Thanks MarkNutt, I should have also pointed out that you should also make sure that you are not only not deleting your cookies, but that your permissions are such that you allow the cookies to be put down in the first place (and that you are not in incognito mode or whatever).

It is not your cache that impacts this, but your cookies. If you clear your cookies you will erase your local copy of your flash save files. Don’t do this (also don’t run a program that cleans these files up on some schedule).

My assumption is that you are able to play the games just fine, and that this works on all (or most, at least every flash game) you have tried to bring up.

It sounds like you have one of two problems:

  1. An extension is causing a conflict with Kongregate: To check for this disable any and all extensions and add-ons (leaving only Flash and Unity enabled, if you have them), then close out your browser windows and restart your browser.
  2. If that does not resolve your issue, then my best guess is that you have malware or adware on your computer. To address this download and run a malware scanning tool (Malwarebytes or Spybot are good options). Perform a scan and remove anything that comes up. Restart your computer, bring up Kongregate and load a game.

If you are still having an issue, then post a screen shot of what you see. Please maximize your browser window, and have it scrolled all the way to the top (so you see your profile bar) and make sure the window is large enough to see below the game window.

I assume your problem is that your used kreds to buy some in game, premium currency; only you didn’t get the full amount you believe you should have. I have no idea what game you are referring to (this would be helpful information), but regardless, the answer is the same. You need to contact the developer of the game to resolve this. If it has been 3-4 business days and you have not heard back from them, then you can contact kreds@kongregate.com and they might be able to assist you. But contact the developer first (they really are the ones who can and should address this). However I should point out that 120% of 1200 is 1440. 2640 is 220% of 1200. I am not sure what the terms of the promotion was (if you would receive 120% of mp purchased, or if you would receive an extra 120%, but you should make sure you are clear on the wording before you contact the devs.

If you play Wartune on Kongregate you don’t need a password, it connects automatically. If you are trying to log into your Kong Wartune account from another site, I don’t think that is possible.

You might want to read this.

I would try to have your email account password reset (most have a way of doing this by either answering questions about the account, sending the email to a “safe” email account that you had set up in advance, or texting it to your phone which you set up in advance). Once you do that you can reset your Kong account (assuming that whoever you believe has the account doesn’t change the password before then).

By the way, how does the Kong admin know that you haven’t gotten the password to leshina’s Facebook account and logged in there and are now trying to steal the Kong account?

As for your suggestions: I just re-installed flash early today, the thing that you saw was an ad that was leading to a malware download. I’ve also run both Malwarebytes and Spybot, as well as my Norton 360. And I went through my programs this morning. Nothing has worked.

If that is an ad, it is not a Kongregate ad. You must have something that is injecting the ad into the page, and this points to malware. Without being in front of your computer, I can’t tell you something more specific than “run Malwarebytes/Spybot, then get rid of anything in your installed programs list that should not be there”.

Looking closer – one of your pics (the one showing the game) has “powered by ViddyHD” there above the game. This is what you want to search for. That is what is causing the problems. It should be either in your “installed programs list” or something that Malwarebytes/Spybot catch on a scan.

If you have a problem buying in game currency with Kreds, then you need to contact the developer. If you don’t get a responce from them in a few days, you can contact kreds@kongregate.com.

I see that you now have an error popping up “an error occurred, update your plugin”. Also, you are obviously getting logged in since you post here and your profile shows your full profile (vs just a notification that the profile is private), but you don’t have your profile bar at the top.

This usually points to one of two things:

  1. You need to update flash, and have a very old version (not likely though if you are able to play games on the site). Might be worth reinstalling Flash though.
  2. You have malware on your computer. To address this you need to download a malware scanning tool (Malwarebytes or Spybot are good options), run a scan and remove everything they say. Then go to your add/remove programs area and remove anything that you didn’t install (check the publisher for a hint on what it is if it is not familiar). Then reboot.

Hopefully one of those (or both) will resolve your issue.

You can’t both play on the same device. He should get his own device or play on this website.

To get your account back, uninstall TU, then reinstall it. Open the app, and log in. You should have your account back.

now yes, but where would they be in 2 month? never count on mercs that join your faction to create drama and then leave for their next target. just look at ood now who thought bw actually were serious when they joined them…

Maybe. But Prex isn’t like other factions. There is something about Prex that causes Prex alumns to come back, sometimes years later, just to check on the faction. It has a spirit to it. Will everyone who is in Prex now still be in the faction in 2 months? I don’t know, but if any Prexers do leave I would like to think that they would look on their time at Prex fondly.

I do want to be clear, the small group that joined Prex this past week I don’t view as “mercs” but new Prexers; just like I was one day, very long ago.

You are running extensions that change the way the page is displayed. Disable all your extensions/add-ons, close all your browsers, and try again. Granted, these extensions might not be causing the problem, but you can’t complain that Kong isn’t loading right if you are running extensions that change the way the page loads/is displayed.
