Are you asking about game development? If so, you might get better results in the developer’s forum.

If you are trying to play a game share what the game is and what specifically your issue is (maybe with a screen shot)? Most in game issues need to be addressed by the developer, but we can see if it is something more general if you want.

Today is the 4th working day of the month (July 3 was a US holiday and so not a “working day”).

I would advise you to review the thread you entered a few months ago. All the same responses and directions apply. Specifically the below post (which is quoted a number of times in that thread):

I didn’t mean to imply that you, personally are a criminal or deviant. However there are those out there that would use their parent’s (or someone’s) credit card to make a purchase without their parents knowing. Kong is required to verify that the person using the card has authorization to do so. This is the reason for them sending you an email to confirm this.

It sounds like you already replied to the email (or sent a new one to support@kongregate.com from the email address you have configured in Kong). Just make sure watch for Kong’s reply.

As it says on the wall shout, they need information from you to confirm you are indeed an authorized user of the card. This usually happens when you use a card under a different name than your own or that you have used in the past. Kongregate has been trying to get ahold of you via email.

What you need to do is to reply to their email they sent with the information they asked for. If you do not see the email (say it went to your spam or deleted folder and is gone now), then send an email to support@kongregate.com from the email account linked to your Kong user (sending it from the linked email is important).

Hopefully the purchase was approved by the card holder and this can get cleared up quickly. To stop this issue from happening in the future, be sure to pay closer attention to your email, make sure the email in your Kong account is one you actually read, and that messages from Kong are not being sent to your spam or deleted folder.

Please post a screen shot of your game screen (this usually contains a clue). Make sure that the page is scrolled up as far as it will go so we can see your profile bar, and make sure the page is large enough so that we can see below the game area.

FYI – I just opened Lionheart Tactics on Kong today. It loaded my game I started on my mobile device. So as long as you were logged into Kong when you played on your device, it should load your already started game (assuming you are also logged into Kongregate with the same account).

Surveys are the bailiwick of TrailPay. And yes, even after you pass the 1st pre-survey and after you take the 2nd “pre-survey” if you don’t qualify for an actual survey; you aren’t awarded any kreds. Also if you don’t have your cookies enabled … or block them… or delete them (something that isn’t advertised as a requirement) TrialPay can’t track your progress so you won’t get your kreds. Also after the survey company fails to match you with a survey, and you choose to look for another one, that isn’t the survey that you will get kreds for (so even if you complete it, you won’t get kreds).

I have found that any TrailPay offers where you don’t actually spend money hardly ever give the kreds you are promised without reporting the issue to TrialPay (and I suspect the only reason for that is that it is too easy to track the financial transaction you made for them to be able to ignore your reward).

Checking the comments on WTF250’s page that you posted there back in December as well as the posts in this thread from the same time, it looks like you shared your password with someone and they stole your account from you. The account was then likely banned for ToS violations.

I believe we have gone over this before. in that thread you and I both linked to. However, as others have said, you are free to contact support@kongregate.com if you want more information.

You need to contact the devs on this one. Did you log into Kongregate on your tablet (look for the red “K” in the app/game)? If so, and the devs allow you to share the same user on both the Kong website and the mobile version, they should sync up.

In any case, you need to contact the devs (EmeraldCityGames) for this one. You can send them a PM or maybe post in the Lionheart Tactics Forum.

Instead of posting in a totally unrelated thread, you should either read the FAQ or click on the big, red support button on the top right corner of the offer wall. You need to contact TrailPay for any issues with their offers.

So if you go to your kred page and click on “buy kreds” or the general kred page and click on “fund your account” nothing at all happens?

If so then I expect that your either are blocking the JavaScript that creates the popup window (or that something else in interfering with it). Assuming you are not blocking it yourself (via a browser setting), try disabling any and all extensions/plugins/addons (easiest way to do this is to open up a private or incognito window and try it there). If that does not work do a malware scan (you can use Spybot or Malwarebytes, both are good, free options).

If that doesn’t work, if you use a different browser does that work?

Your problem seems a classic example of either a bad flash install, extension/plugin/addon causing a conflict, or malware/adware causing a conflict. However since you said you tried reinstalling flash and your browser, disabling all your extensions/addons/plugins, and that you did a malware scan using Spybot or Malwarebytes, I am at a loss to tell you what the issue is. The javascript console log did not show any obvious issues.

Topic: Technical Support / Colourshift - high score?

Your game progress is stored on a cookie on your computer. When you reimaged you deleted that cookie. So, unless you have a backup or copy of your cookies that you took before you reimaged, I think your progress is lost.
