If you have an issue with a TrialPay offer, then you need to contact TrialPay support. You can do this via the big, red, “Support” button in the upper right corner of the offer wall. Select the offer you have concerns about and follow the instructions.

Disable any extensions you have running. If that does not resolve the issue, then uninstall and reinstall Chrome. If that does not resolve the issue, then post a screen shot (scroll all the way up so we can see you profile bar, and make sure the window is large enough to see below the game area).

Your progress on all single player games are saved as cookies on your PC. Those games that are hosted on a different server (most MMOs for example), you can play on different devices using the same saved state.

If you are trying to run a unity game without a unity player, it won’t work. So, that is probably your problem there.

For the others, what browser are you on? Does it behave the same on other browsers? Are there any games that DO work? Can you please post a screen shot (be sure to scroll all the way up so we can see your profile bar, and make sure the window is large enough to see below the game area.

Seems to work fine for me. If you have a problem with a TrialPay offer or issue with TrialPay support, then you need to take that up with TrialPay. Kongregate won’t be able to help you.

You can click on the red support button at the top right of the TrialPay offer wall. That will take you to your offer list which lists all your completed and pending offers. If you have a concern about an offer, click on the specific offer you have concerns about and follow the instructions.

Your Kong name won’t be changed if you don’t log in for 6 months. True, sometimes Kong admins recycle names of people who haven’t logged in for years, have no badges, have made no comments, and basically haven’t done anything on the site. However you have earned 3 badges so that won’t happen to you.

If you are referring to something in Contract Wars, I would suggest that you bring your concern to the developer.

Also, can you please check the following:

  • hit Ctrl+0 to make sure you are not zoomed in or out
  • check if this same thing happens when you go into fullscreen mode

If it keeps happening, try disabling the extensions that you have running that are modifying the page. I can see at least one is active in your screen shot.

Also, I don’t believe that Opera is one of the officially supported browsers for Kongregate.

The page probably did not load correctly. If refreshing or opening it in a new window cleared the problem, then I would move on. If it happens frequently (which it seems by your message that it isn’t) that would be different.

Sounds like your Flash is screwed up. I would try to uninstall it and reinstall it. If that doesn’t work there are other things you can try (using Google DNS or malware scan for example), but let’s start with Flash. If uninstalling/reinstalling Flash doesn’t work, then please post a screen shot (make sure to scroll all the way up so we can see your profile bar, and make sure the window is large enough so that we can see below the game area).
