What game are you talking about? If it is Tyrant Unleased, you should post in the TU forum, or contact the dev’s via their ticket submission system to report the issue. Since you have posted in the TU forum in the past, I will assume you know where it is.

Doesn’t matter. If you have the kreds in hand, but can’t execute the in game functionality to pull kreds to purchase in game items/currency, you need to bring that to the devs.

The Kong admins can’t do anything to resolve in game issues. You need to contact the developer (either on the Adventure Capitalist forum, via a bug report to the dev, PM to the dev, or a ticketing system that the developers have – if they have one).

You would be better advised to not do that. Identify the games that you won’t be able to play and if that matters to you, use that time to come up with a plan (ie migrate to FF or whatever). Simply re-enabling NPAPI is a bandaid, and unless you address the root of the issue, you will have the same problem (only this time without a safety net of being able to “turn it back on”).

Many websites have problems when you use the zoom functionality of the browser. It is designed to play at normal 100% view (ie not zoomed in or out). If the text is too small you can adjust the resolution of your monitor.

This is technical support about the website. If you want technical support about an in game issue or have a “how to” question on a game you need to contact the dev (or as Ruudiluca said, post in the game’s forum; where, among other things, you can get technical support for your in game issues and answers on “how to questions”).

Also, when you say “I open the app”… are you playing on a mobile device or on the Kongregate website? If you are playing on a mobile device, you can’t spend kreds there (the mobile games use money via Google Play or the Istore, depending on platform).

Finally, Rudiluca was trying to help you and provided some very good information despite you posting in the wrong forum. You won’t make many friends by attacking the people who try to help you.

If you can get in with Chrome (just not play games)… Use Chrome, get into the site, go change or set your password. Then close your browser, use FF, and log in with the password you created/set.

However there are lots of threads on this site about the recent changes to Chrome (made by Google). You can take a look at some to solve your problem. However if it is about playing Unity games on Chrome, you can try the following as a temporary solution (for a few months until Chrome/Google cut support entirely for Unity and other plugins): chrome://flags/#enable-npapi (just paste that bolded bit into your Chrome URL box).

If flash games are not working for you, I would make sure you have turned off all extensions, plusgins and add ons (except flash, you can leave that one up) and try again. Usually this is the problem (or sometimes they mask the cause of the problem). If it isn’t, post a screen shot (be sure to scroll all the way up so we can see your profile bar and large enough so that we can see below your game area).

You will need to take any “in game bans” up with the developers of the game in question. However since you admit to the cheating that you were banned for, I doubt the ban will be lifted.

You can start a new Kongregate user and play as that new player if you want to continue playing and the devs will not lift your ban.

Disable any extension you have (except flash and unity, you can leave them up). Then restart your browser and try again. If that doesn’t work can you do the following:

  1. Post a screen shot? Be sure to scroll all the way up so that we can see your profile bar and larger enough to see below the game area.
  2. Let us know what broswer you are using. Also, does this problem happen in other browsers?
  3. You said that you can’t play “a lot” of games. Is there any pattern (ie any unity, any flash, any HTML5, any MMO, etc). Can you give an example or two of games that work and games that don’t?

You did the right thing by contacting the developer. They are the ones that can fix this issue. If it has been 3 or so days and you have not heard from the developer nor has your in game currency been credited, then I suggest that you email kreds@kongregate.com. Be sure to mention that you have contacted the developer and when, they can try to get ahold of the developer for you to get you your in game currency.

If you have a problem with a TrialPay offer, you should contact TrailPay support (there is a red button in the top right corner of the offer wall).

This is usually caused by blocking or deleting cookies (which TrailPay uses to track completion of offers).
