If you are asking if there is a new mobile app that has a bunch of Kongregate games? No. However you can download some Kongregate games individually from the Google Play store (most are free, many have badges).

I bet, if you check your account (whatever that is) and look at your shout wall you will see a post that looks like this:


Important! We have been trying to reach you to verify some details of your recent purchases. Please email kreds@kongregate.com within the next seven days so we can get that sorted out. If we aren’t able to verify your purchases, your account will be permanently banned so please do get back to us! Thank you.

And if you check your email you will find emails from kong asking you much the same thing.

I would respond back to kreds@kongregate.com ASAP with the information that they are looking for (or email them if you can’t find the emails they sent). Make sure to email from the email account you have linked to your Kongregate account.

Topic: Tyrant: General Tyrant Discussion / PETITION: Make energy upgrades gold/shard buyable

I have to agree with Mr MasterMonster on this. 550 energy is over 9 hours worth. That allows you to use 100% of all your energy while getting 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep per day. You can log in just 3 times per day and click through mission 300 a few times, or hit some raid at 200 energy per attack, and be done in only a few minutes total for the day. Doesn’t seem like you really need that much more to be honest.

Plus, with stamina capped at 300 you have to come back every 5 hours or so anyway if you want to use all your stamina (so more energy won’t help much there).

The account is banned for the exact reason radar said. Kong tried to contact the OP’s main account to verify some data about the kred purchase, but could not so banned the player. If the OP wants to get his/her account back he/she should follow the instructions in the shout, the ignored emails, or this thread.

Have you emailed kreds@kongregate.com? If so, what did they say?

And I am sure if you look back you will find that they sent you another email around the time when you purchased your kreds requesting you to provide some information for them to validate the purchase. You likely didn’t do this, and that likely resulted in your ban due to “irregularities with your recent kreds purchase”.

  1. There is no Kong user by the name of Bones1999
  2. Check your email. Kong likely sent you an email, which you ignored, asking for some verifying information regarding your kred purchase. Since you didn’t respond, they blocked your account.

As Tetsuo says, contact kreds@kongregate.com from the email address you have linked to your account (whatever that account is) or reply to that email that you ignored (or is in your SPAM folder).

Great! So you followed the instructions on the 3rd post of this thread (the one made by me)? It would help if you directed me to the screen shot that you posted after following those instructions, as I would be able to help alot more if I saw that.

You might have been confused by the “1st time buyer offer” which is offered to new players for their 1st purchase. This was/is offered on Kong too. I believe that FB players also pay $20 for 105 gold.

Can you post another screen shot? This time of the whole browser window? Make sure to scroll all the way up so that we can see your profile bar, and that the window is large enough to see the bottom of the game screen. Most issues have a clue in this area as to why they happen. Without seeing anything of the screen shot, I am going to guess that you have an extension/add-on that is causing the issue… or that you have some malware that is responsible. But before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s see that larger screen shot.

If you bring up the game on your PC there is an bunch of stuff to the right of the screen. The game tab there list the developer (which you can PM directly) or you can submit a game bug to them via a link on the same tab.

I am assuming that the OP is a developer, and is looking to get the ad revenue from his/her game.

I would assume “paid” means that Kongregate has already paid you. You seemed to imply that you have several PayPal accounts, I would assume that Kong paid you via the one that you have configured and set up to be paid. However, you can always contact support@kongregate.com if you still have questions.

I am not sure how you had a different account via the PC vs mobile if you logged into the same kongregate account. My assumption is that you were not, in fact, using the same account.

However, to get your TU account back, you will need to contact the developers. You can do this by sending them a PM via Kong.
