Green allies being able to trade resources (including cards like Corruption) has always been a pain in my opinion.
You can’t just kill them to stop it, since the opponent is likely to just draw it back anyways.
Of course its compounded by cards from other factions.

No, word of unmaking is too slow.
It takes so long to charge that you can rarely keep up with your opponent, unless your opponent is buying very few, expensive cards.
You’re better off buying stuff that helps you build up magic, or has an immediate effect.
Every once in a while I will try it in one of my Endazu decks, but I usually end up finding something else works more effectively.
More realistically, it probably needs a bit of a buff.

Of course you’re going to want a way to generate apples, even as Listrata.

My point is it pretty much wins the game when bought, unlike pretty much anything else.
War Oxen, you’d need a handful of Overseers.
Knight would need twice as many apples, but only costs 2 less gold.
Spy Network needs a few allies, and probably needs to be redrawn.
Coup de Grace needs a ton of cards on the field, and probably still needs to be bought twice.
Arsenic needs to be bought multiple times, or needs to be timed with a few less expensive poisons.
Yarkeen needs to be held for a few turns, then needs defenses to survive a few more.

Unstable Runes can kind of compare, though you need to buy 3-4 of them, some of them early, reducing your capability of generating the magic to use them as purple can’t get lucky cycling.

I just hate how it reduces options against it to 1. kill them before they get it 2. turtle up and outresource green.

Topic: War of Omens / Inquisitor

That’s exactly my point. Warship is best used with another expensive card, and a fragile medium cost ally.
Inquisitor works pretty much on its own.

I’m going to argue that Holy Wrath takes more prep, partly because there is no green hero that generates magic. Though it is slightly more powerful. I haven’t personally seen it as often.

Topic: War of Omens / Inquisitor

I think this card is broken, and here is why.

Comparing Warship to Inquisitor, as both cost similarly and provide a large threat, you see that it takes a measly 3 apples to make the lower cost Inquisitor deal more damage than the Warship.

However, the Warship needs to sit on the field for a full turn before its effect can be utilized, while Inquisitor’s effect can (and almost certainly will) occur as soon as it hits the field, completely nullifying the drawback of having lower health, and removing any need to have protection up for it to survive.

On top of this, it is entirely possible to use more than 3 apples and turn Inquisitor into a powerful bomb that wins the game when bought, basically unstable ruins with no charge limit and less set-up (especially given Listrata)

I think removing the on feed effect and, dropping the cost if needed, or making Inquisitor do something like generate 2 skulls and steal 2 resources, or generate a skull per enemy, would keep it useful and increase board interaction with decks that use it.

Just an opinion.
