Hey, I hear what you’re saying, but your fansite says you’ve played at least a year. Also, I see you only have one Cannon Wall, and generally that’s not what people think of as having “completed” the end game content. You’ve made great progress, and if you want new content that’s cool, but it shouldn’t take someone else a year and a half to catch up to where you are today. And to be honest, your time in this game has mostly been played after the last time the devs fixed early content for new players. You’ve been benefited by fixes like that already, and new players (you’re lv 144, you’re not remotely new anymore) deserve a similar leg up to the one you got.

I don’t think we need another one of these until Christmas, and even then I’m hoping it’s not a splinter war. Actually, I’d like to see something that isn’t totally endgame content, tbh. Maybe the next event can have a slightly more lucrative side mission or something. Either way, we’re coming off a long stretch of content that has been geared towards the high end and no changes have been made to help new players. Let’s get a little balance first, then some new end game content (which very few endgame players have completed as is).

It’s been a long journey, one filled with many ups and downs. We rose from the bottom of the ranks to achieve great heights in conquest, and as time moved on we worked our way to the fourth spot in the rankings. We have stood as mighty warriors, and we wish to perserve as much of that legacy as remains.

Alas, Pendulum’s time now comes to an end. Having been with Pendulum for more than a year now I want to thank everyone who was a part of our faction*, and I wish everyone the best of luck going forward. It has been a pleasure to serve Pendulum, and I hope I’m not the only one to feel that way.

Goodbye, Pendulum.

*With a few minor exceptions. You know who you are.

As someone who can’t really benefit from even one day being added, I support this. Give the new players more time to do what they can. Hell, give the new players 3 extra days and deny it to me, I don’t care. Just get some balance back in this game, devs.

Maharid seems to have a keen memory, as I recall him being right on Flux Track being the only card that sold for 250 ep and that it was sold in the first event.

Why in the world is the upgraded version 1k ep? It costs nothing to upgrade the card if you have it already. New players should have been able to unlock them as easily as old players did.

HELLO DEVS! We keep saying, at least in general, new players need to be locked out less. This card (Flux Track) should have been 250 ep. It is as simple as that. New players should never have to pay more for something (in the same currency) as old players did. That makes no sense. To get to the point, it’s bad for your business model. You should fix it, and the other problems with events that people wish to point out.

Psycho, the only suggestion that you make that I think is even remotely viable or good in any way is the buff to Intercept. The other suggestions have the potential to make the meta even more stale, the opposite result you are trying for here. If you weaken structures and fear then there is a very real possibility that there will simply be one best deck made of the best assaults you can find. If structures suck there’s no need to run siege, thus you don’t have to compromise between that skill and brute force. Also if fear sucks, then there aren’t many small units worth playing. Fear is pretty much the only thing keeping people from making slow but explosive decks the #1 go to deck. Granted, I could be wrong, but it’s not a can of worms even worth opening.

Still, top-notch suggestion for Intercept.

So you’re content with being a player that wastes a spot in his faction. That’s fine, you’re not in my faction. Your unwillingness to be a decent player in this game shouldn’t give you the right to speak in a thread about the concerns of people who actually want to contribute to the game. Be a bad player all you want, just leave you commentary for the peanut gallery.

Edit: BTW, I looked at past wars we’ve had with BO and, while your faction did well, you were terrible. If you’d spend that 1 million to build a real deck you might actually be capable of gasp surging an opponent that isn’t fighting back and actually win more than double gasp half your battles. But hey, only winning half at a score that indicates you didn’t surge most of the time, well, that shows where you’ve put all that gold you’ve earned.

And I don’t begrudge you that. But why is it that people who haven’t played as long as you shouldn’t get some chance to catch up to where you are now? You are at a point where you just don’t need any rewards from playing to continue on, and you are not the norm. Topic: Tyrant / [Dev] Proposed Conquest changes

Oh, Synapticon… you fill your consortium primarily with super active players and then expect them to guide you towards making decisions that will benefit other players? Some of these rules look brutal. New factions who couldn’t get on the current map are going to have all of those tiles in the 5 outer tile zones and they won’t have the decks to protect much territory. Also, even if they do, not they can’t devote enough decks to do it. But on the other hand that one, unfortunate 20 cr tile that should have never existed can be overloaded with decks despite how little it was challenged on the current map.

Basically, you’ve made conquest defense much harder over all, and there was already a significant advantage to the attacker before. Even though there is a limit to how much defense a given faction has to deal with in a single day the only real defense now is hyper aggressive offense. What a shame.

*Edit – By defense I mean legitimately, without exploiting the 10 attacks per day limit with alt factions.

Topic: Tyrant / [To Devs] "Battle" tab interaction

I’ve never made a post here, and I’ve tried not to complain about the game as much as I could. But, when you click on the battle tab it shouldn’t automatically drop you into a page of a tournament you’ve walked away from. Even if you try to look into another tournament you get dropped into the old tournament. This shouldn’t happen. It’s sloppy work, and it should be relatively easy to fix. Will you consider fixing this, please?

No, it’s not impossible at all. Doing this would cause a lot of people to quit, at least eventually, and once they quit they won’t be around to whine anymore.
