I think you should of done: east countries, tribes and Romans for the east you could have histrocally accurate troops and the same for tribes; but for Romans you can do the testudo formation that blocks magic. Could you acutely add different formations into the game and if a troop loses his morale can they route? It would add a lot more depth, detail and more realistic. Also can each kingdom have it’s advantages, e.g. one specializes in wealth and each one is best at a certain environment like forests or flat plains. And should add small nations that choose sides and add to the complicity.
