Topic: Anti-Idle: The Game / Recent Performance issues

I’ve been playing anti idle for ages, and have been on version 1499 for a long time with no problems, but starting about a week ago my frame rate has dropped to sub 10, and the mouse seems unresponsive at best.

I click on spray ants or charge battery and sometimes the tooltip comes up and stays there but there is no effect, and then for 10-60 seconds the game won’t respond and my idlebar will fill to max and not reward without me waiting for a long time. Any ideas what this is?

I use firefox and have updated to the latest flash version, and i’m unsure what to try next

Awesome, thanks for the heads up Zak. Fex i don’t think my combo multipliers going down from 500% → 400% would mean almost a 95% loss in exp/coin.

Hi there i just started a new save, and while watching some movies and clicking away mindlessly, i noticed that the 2k exp/coin i was getting per click is now down to like, 100. My boosts are the same, Is there a daily limit of good rewards (i’ve been doing it for hours and just broke 50k clicks today). Just wanted some feedback

Yeah the difference between the G31 and G32 was minor, but it was the difference. Also i’m saying the difference between maxed settings, and everything on except wages get tougher faster is about 3×. (As i listed above)

Was JUST not enough, i was falling behind, but still had my mana farm going so i could farm up:

Grade 32

Sent all waves, smashed em. Also would like to note the difference between waves get tougher faster on and off is triple

On: 40341x Map Exp

Cheers for the answers, that’s very helpful i should now be able to complete levels on full settings, getting the most exp per map i can. Even on >>> Speed watching your mana pool fill up 10 times a second, it still takes a while.

So if i do an endurance with every setting EXCEPT Waves get tougher faster, having a Yellow/Lime/Orange (Orange squished) Gem with a damage minimum of around 120 million (Usually grade 22 around 353’000 minimum with a 340x damage multiplier). With this gem i can just send all waves and be done. I could probably even go a little lower as monsters die almost as they spawn

So i tried putting waves get tougher faster on, got a grade 26 gem with 1.3 Billion damage (1’521’118, 886x Multiplier). Sent all waves, got absolutely smashed around wave 190. What kind of gem would i need to reach to actually finish a Full settings Endurance?

Mana farm isn’t a problem, mana generation is crazy, just wondering how far i have to go on the kill gem

Topic: GemCraft Labyrinth / How to make Lv12 gems?

I used to have the same problem with farming for higher grade gems until someone explained the mana farm to me. I start off with a grade 7 green with a grade 1 yellow put into it for my tower gem (just so the gem benefits from my pure yellows in the amps around it). That’s enough to get you through the first couple of waves.

After, Build a trap somewhere that you can put the most amps around (5-6 is best) and close to an entrance as well. Put a dual Orange/Lime gem in in with Orange/Lime gems in the amps, even at grade 5-6 this gem will start to fire quite fast and get you lots of mana. In a trap, number of targets hit multiplied by the mana per hit is how much you gain, but it can get quite laggy if the amount of targets hit is over 50.

If your tower gem wipes out all the enemies before they reach the gem, throw it in a tower in a corner so it’s out of reach while you farm up. Also turn on auto extend mana pool as you may be reaching max mana 10 times per second if you get this gem high enough

Thanks for the reply, i’m only wizard level 100, and no i have maybe 3/4 of the map revealed up to the top left corner.

No i haven’t been able to manage getting the Pylon xp, the only explanation of it that i’ve read wasn’t very helpful, can you walk me through?

Topic: GemCraft Labyrinth / Endurance Help Needed. Lots of small questions

Hi everyone. I’ve gone through a few endurance maps and i always seem to start losing around the same time, so i have some questions that i think will help me progress.

1. How high should i get my mana pool extensions? The last time i stopped extending it around 4.5x, and i’m only getting my main gem to around Grade 15 and surrounding amps to 13.
2. Summoning extra monsters, whats the shortcut for hitting them so i don’t have to manually drag all those gems over?
3. Gem type to use, I’ve been using pure yellow, but a lot of people say Lime Yellow is a good combo, should i do this with dual mastery, or add a 3rd colour for Tri-mastery?
4. Optimal batter settings: Obviously the higher the multiplier the better right? I’ve been playing Quad monster, Double health, Giants only, Banish heal and Banish costs more. I feel that if the settings are too much higher i’d die off a lot sooner. Any tips?

Also if you can think of anything else really helpful i’d appreciate it. Thanks in advance for you time.

Gem Bombing to summon more monsters per waves seems to get your multiplier going. I’m only low level (about wizard 70) and haven’t even cleared the whole labyrinth, but i can get my Endurance multiplier up to about 5.5x → 6x by wave 120 (where i die because my Yellow gem isn’t up to scratch)

I think Tukkuns’ intention is to make this game more rewarding while you’re at the keyboard, as opposed to away. If this happened, there’d have to be a way to make anti-idle mode even faster

Suggestion: Could we have a summary of how we did when we end a pong/avoidance/math/sweeper game? Like: Total free progress for that game: 7390%. Or just call it “total score” or something to remove clutter
