You’ve added a .no-select to most buttons (except building queue), but it is kinda necessary for the entire game.

Touchpad users have to deal with accidental drag/selections and desktop users may find themselves selecting the container div’s content when clicking frantically on a button that disappears (i.e upgrades)

Anyone else getting killed by this? Really enfuriating. I’ve never been able to get past lvl 17 because somewhere along the way the game freezes for a split second and BAM!

Maybe it’s my computer?? But its pretty good.. Maybe its my internet?? But i’ve played fps’s and portal 2 without a problem.

Any ideas for soughting this out??? It’s tediously frustrating …to the point where i want to SMASH MY FRIGGEN KEYBOARD THROUGH THE SCREEN …if yah get me =P

Topic: Game Programming / firing rate of gun

Hello i’ve just started work on a basic vertical shooter as a first project. I have created a ship that can move left and right without leaving the stage and can shoot bullets.
The problem i’m having is finding a way to limit the consistency of bullets and slow down the rate at which the gun fires.
Heres the code that i use to fire the gun.

wow, do people just come on here to flame other members posts? this is a forum where were all supposed to help each other with game programming and such , why dont we keep it that way, from what i can see its quite obviose if anyone properly put there minds to it that he has not posted much at all, only a little bit so people can get a little insight into his plans.
