One of my funniest moments was entering an abyss with low lvls and those low lvls had t10 and t11 gear with their exa rings and some of them even had WC tops and they all thought they could solo the entire dungeon.
They all died in the starting room after some brutes came in

i lost a Planewalker and a staff of diabolic secrets because of this annoying glitch.

there are 4 ways of spotting a ghost item
1.when you pick up the loot in the bag the bag will still be there
2.it will make a diffrent sound when you pick the item up
3.when you trade with someone the item wont be there
4.when you enter a dungeon or leave a dungeon or enter the nexus the item will dissapear

A good way to solve this is drop the item into the loot bag it came from and pick it up carefully(if the empty loot bag is still there)or drop the item on the ground and pick it back up from the ground carefully

This bug also happens in a similar way
Once i killed an ent god and a dark blue stat pot bag had dropped and it was my first ever stat pot so i was very happy but when i went to pick it up,a horde of gods came infront and i picked up the stat potion while running away and when i nexused the stat pot magically dissapeared and it sucked

Thats another way of it happening.

i once lead a godwall into a massive bunch of low lvls trying to break a cystal with lowlands midlands gear and it was funny watching them frantically running around and some of them trying to fight back and the best moment was when a medusa bomb killed more than half of these 20 low lvls
