It would be cool if you would allow us to store the “furniture” items (work table, bins, etc) instead of just deleting them for 0 gold when we want to free up clutter (it’s really annoying to click on the workers/customers when the store is packed with stuff, not to mention it can get laggier and the workers take longer to reach the bin/workstation)

Thanks! I have found that card as well, but I didn’t think it was unique (didn’t have a different border like pan the apothecary does). I think it’s just one of the new cards (like the ninjas).

Also, good to know the other dungeon layout is the same (except you apparently start on Map F, which makes farming the last chest even quicker; and the two entrances even work on different cooldown timers!)

I took some time to map out the first dungeon. Here are a few things I noticed:

- The dungeon do not change its layout when it is reset
- Chests DO respawn (they are the primary reason you would want to return to a completed dungeon)
- All chests costs 20 energy to open
- Green dots are locations where you can get healed by paying runes (100hp for 1 rune, except in the last area, where it is 300hp for 5 runes).
- As implied from above, health loss carries over from battle to battle.
- Dungeon/progress resets when you leave through an exit.
- You cannot play the campaign or perform any expeditions while you are in a dungeon.
- If you refresh your game/browser, your progress in the dungeon will not be lost.
- The last chest contains 20000 gold, 2 runes (may be 1-5 runes, haven’t played enough to know for sure), and a tier 5/6 card.
- For the first dungeon at least, there is a cooldown period of 2 hours after you started the dungeon. Until this cooldown is over, you cannot restart the dungeon again.

I found a few new cards while doing the dungeon:

Pan the Apothecary, Tier 7 (65 base power) Bandage +54 health on win and stops bleeding/Thorns +36 damage on wins for 5 turns on wins

Vampiric Axe Skeleton, Tier 3 (40 base power, has an upgrade) Lifetap Take 34 damage on loss/Drain Steals 23 health on win

I think what Costello means is that it wouldn’t hurt to have something even low ranked players can do, like when WoH was added. It is pretty disappointing that after more than a year, the game hasn’t really evolved past it’s mold of “upgrade buildings/techs/heroes/equips/skills to advance”. New content doesn’t necessarily have to be “harder levels”. This expansion which took them four months to make didn’t add a single thing that would encourage new players to play the game. And without new players….this game won’t last.

Also, this update has forced me to face the fact that whatever I work on right now (I guess that’s getting the new equipment) will become pointless later on. There is no sense of accomplishment in obtaining a “best item” or “best hero” anymore. Yes, I get that there should be an increase in difficulty in the chapters to have a feel of progression in the game, but this rate of increase is ridiculous. Introducing a new class of top tier items, or a new tier of heroes (I’m calling it right now, it’s gonna happen), is just counter-intuitive to progressing in the game; in order to achieve the next levels we’d have to replace something we had been working so hard on for the past months? There are a number of better approaches to increasing fighting strength that won’t involve setting us back – implementing a new item slot, like you did with helmets, but instead of adding to a hero’s stat, it improves skill proc rate or increase attack of your whole army by a percentage, etc; new limit on max enhance level on equipment (and hopefully without decreasing the odds of success), or increase max hero level along with making exp gains friendlier to those who don’t gold (see: http://www.kongregate.com/forums/111-time-world/topics/328806-exp-in-this-game-is-wrong), make some of the in-game achievements/badges actually provide a bonus (like having the “defeat 1000 raid bosses” badge increases your army’s attack by 1%), or the ability to upgrade an item’s level along with its appropriate stats, like changing my current level 50s into level 55s, then to 60s without losing it’s upgrades. I came up with this list in a matter of minutes. I’m sure you guys at Playmage Inc. can do better…

Topic: Time World / Some follow up on the most recent patch

Gentlemen, can’t you see that PM is just preparing us for the inevitable 7th planet boss with his army of t7 ships with Multi/Dodge/Repair level 10? Oh and by then max skill level’s gonna be 15. Obviously.

Oh, and if someone is willing to spend thousands on this game to upgrade to a full set of level 10, I don’t think it makes much of a difference to them whether its 2 thousand or 3 thousand. But hey, now there’s an excuse to buy gold!

Here’s a question: does it matter if we evolve early or late? I know it altered the moveset in pokemon, so I wonder if it has any effect in this game – as in, stat differences, or move sets.

I got another question that I sort of figured out – why are there differences in stats between two of the same guardians at the same level. My guess is the way the game randomly assigns stats (with emphasis on one or two). But it doesn’t really account for such huge differences seen in the total stats (especially since the game is supposed to assign 10 points every level). For instance, in the spreadsheet provided in OP’s post with statistical data on guardians, there are two level 21 Firslashes, one with 271 total stat points and the other with 248.33. Even accounting trainer tokens, that should have been at most a 20 point difference…
So how do we get the “best” guardians? How can we maximize stats?

You can try all the different combinations…skill reset for heroes are free and unlimited..
And you will always max out the skills eventually given enough plays.

But to answer your question, I would start off with glaive shot, then train ally, then glaive shot lvl 2, train ally lvl 2, and finally the stat boosts.
Reasoning: glaive shot can result in 2 damage (one for creature, one for enemy hero) whereas train hero is +1 damage, but can be more if the creature survives. given that most starting creatures have less than 3 hp, glaive shot seems to be the better choice. Plus, the quest that gives you an additional star for glaive shot requires 25 usage, whereas train ally’s quest is 10 usage, so it’s smarter to start off with glaive shot – unless you want to grind more battles with amorya later.
