Does the party god REALLY drop inc? Is it possible to kill him solo, or with a low tier/unmaxed char?

I am thinking of buying the beachball, it’s pretty cool!

Edit: Probably getting the crab. I am getting conflicting reports about what the bball actually does.

You have to consider the fact that defense is decreasing the amount of damage you receive, thus prolonging your life. The ammy is FAR more efficient at preserving your life, as you effectively cannot die while it is equipped.

Idk, the diction does seem to fit with my understanding of Tukkun’s speech. Also the fact that he was first to post after the OP seems suspicious. I think that Tukkun might perhaps be trying to get reactions to ideas he’s thinking about/balancing. I vote conspiracy.

Nah, Aurian actually makes a lot of sense. In KoL (the game Darkruler got the ascension idea from) an Impossible ascension locks “ALL” of your resources for the duration of the playthrough. That idea is kinda subverted in AI’s interpretation, what with all the things that you actually keep. This was a slight annoyance to me when Impossible first came out.

@original idea: I certainly hope that this never happens. I’d have to spend a rather large amount of time opening my hoard. Anyway, I like hoarding boxes.

It’s interesting you went through all the trouble to write this out. Perhaps something like this would begin a part of the “Utterly Complete and Super-Comprehensive Be-All, End-All Anti-Idle: The Game MEGAGUIDE (beta)” that people will make after Tukkun quits updating.

I got them all pre-explosion, then had to get them all again post-explosion after Tukkun updated them. I wouldn’t put it past him (actually, it would be kind of cool) if he added a few in the final update as a sort of “last hurrah” or something.

Short story: Yes. Longer version: No.

It is just a plot, most adventure maps have a semblance of one. This one will also have a semblance of one. Expect nothing special.

Pixelated? Ugly?

Done. 16×16 pixel blocks are pretty pixelated. Ugly is standard in low-res.

Shinki? Convoluted?

I get this as the first result in my google image search for “Shinki”. Not exactly helpful. :P
Convoluted is getting more to what I can use, but it can be hard to express this in 16×16. Anyway, the “plot” and suspension of disbelief will supply all/most of the “convoluted” you require from this project.

I was thinking about doing the hole of time in an enclosed area of the nether (it would totally work, actually), but it doesn’t really fit in with the story that I have planned out. The hole of time, it’s areas, and random areas like Pokaymon City/NCI, Frosty Zone, Scary Graveyard, the Corruption and a few others don’t fit into the plan.

Anyway, I still need the terrain.png ideas.

What are some adjectives that you would use to describe Anti-Idle from a visual standpoint?

Alternately, what would the following things look like anti-idle-ified: Stone, dirt, wood planks, lava, metal blocks, doors, water, etc.

Huh. Weeelll. The texture pack has all (or most, at least) of the items (items.png) done. I was not actually planning to do the block textures (terrain.png), for the simple reason that I can’t figure out what is the “dirt” or “stone” of Anti-Idle, or any sort of “theme” that the blocks might have.

That said, I would be more than willing to work on this. In fact, I think it would be completely awesome. I would need some opinion/direction from you guys though. If you have any sort of fragments of ideas regarding how the texture pack (specifically the terrain.png) should look/work/be themed, or want to take a whack at it yourself, please don’t hesitate to post. Otherwise you get the default textures. :P

Also, tell me if that made any sense…
