Topic: Kongregate / What can we do against trolls

The previous time he went on Kongregate, I do not remember how long it was, but at least two weeks. Every old member of the chatroom still remember him.
And yes, of course we are ignoring him, …, but he still continues to insult us or our mod.
BT, I think we are lucky we have a mod, who is becoming crazy because of him, who can stay for most of the day and night to keep an eye on him.

In my opinion it is quite a shame that the only way to deal with him is ignoring him. :/

Hello,
So what can Kongregate do against trolls?
I’m not speaking about small troll who are just insulting 1 time and get banned, but about trolls who are going on the chat everyday, insulting people by private messages and on the chat, depending of his mood.
Despite having umpteen account permabaned, more than 30 in two or three days, and even more a few month ago and the great work of our mod, Natha, who is doing a great job, he is still here.

I know that Kongregate do not do permaban, and we can mute users, but what are the other possibilities? Because it is ‘a little’ annoying to see insults everyday/…

now firefox is auto-updated, now yes I’m up-to-date.
When I wanted to post this message the avatar was not displayed, and it also occurs for the games.
I’ll try to disable all the addons and extensions and tell you.

Hello Kongregate,
Since a while, but I don’t know how long, I’m having some strange problems with avatars.
Sometimes, instead of having my avatar displayed in the top bar I get the following text “Avatar for blackchips” and the avatars in the chat are not displayed and are just blank. When newcomers arrive, they get their avatar displayed.

To solve this problem, I just have to reload the page with f5. This is the only site I saw this problem.

So can you please help me to really solve this problem. :)

Hello everybody,
Is there a way to choose a game room while connecting to a game :
I know we can add ‘?room_id=X’ to force kongregate to put us on a specific room, but is there a way to select a game chat-room for multiplayer game (dawn of the dragons, realm of the mad god, … ?

And is there a way to go first in the usual chat-room, and not in the game chat -room, again just for multiplayer games ?
