It depends on players PC. Once the game is downloaded from kong it runs on his system. It also might be a bit more demanding on kong because of all the ads.

Once you learn AS3 its easy to do anything you want. I also like “ActionScript 3.0 Bible”.

Yeah you can use it to make games, but you don’t have any designer here. You create everything by code so it is necessary to learn quite a bit of actionscript. But its not anything bad, I for one consider it much better for games than Flash CS4. In my opinion Flash CS4 is more for animations(which you still can use in your games).
