Yes. I would tolerate the ridiculous design choices in the game a lot more if there was no slowdown to tolerate.

Topic: Technical Support / Can't Connect to Kongregate's chat & achievements

Hello, I just joined the site and am not entirely sure what is going on with chat and so on. Anyway, I’ve been checking out different threads and have tried what I think is everything to get chat and achievements connected. I’ve refreshed the page, cleared the cache, tried both IE and FF, opened port 5222 and 5229 in the firewall (using a guide I found in a link from one of the threads), uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player, turned off and turned back on the router, restarted the computer… I still can’t connect. Is there something I’m missing?

Oh, and I’m on Windows Vista 32-bit OS and used Firefox 3.0.5 and IE 7.

UPDATE: Chat and achievements somehow work on Chrome. So now I guess I have to open up Chrome whenever I want to play some flash games.
