Ok, I’ll clarify this a little bit for you. When you go on 6-7 accounts and try and troll a mod… Well it just doesn’t work out obviously as you can see. You were banned yesterday because you trolled on your alt accounts.(you were banned by an admin) but anywho feel free to report abuse the mod like adv0 said and it’ll be looked at.

If you don’t have the password and can’t log into the email account linked to your Kong user, you might be in trouble. I would send an email to support@kongregate.com and let them know the situation. Let them know that you can still get in via Facebook and can send them a PM from within the account to prove that the account is yours. I am not sure if they will reset your password for you, but I guess it is worth a shot.

Vforvendetta: I’ve always idoled V for his contributions to the community! plus him and tecnoturc are like a couple they just can’t be separated;)

Tecnoturc: Really kool guy!, when I first entered what was then known as “Now entering the twilight zone” I was greeted warmly by Tec and we chatted for quite sometime! Then he changed the room name to “Anonymous” out of my suggestion, which I thought was really kool!

TheRealPip: This guy has probably put more time into the Tech Support forum then our very own admins and I guess that’s where I get my inspiration for helping others:)

For a while, I figured I would attempt to interview well-known members within the community. But, I knew I would still receive a huge amount of suggestions to interview. I just want the interviews to be unique and not too saturated with various random users on the website. So, I decided to stick with WELL KNOWN developers, Kongregate administrators, and Kongregate moderators. Also, I physically could not keep up with the demand of interviewing a bunch of various users, and what would even qualify as a “well-known” community member anyways?

It takes literal seconds to mute a user, you can mute as many users as you’d like. Is it fun filling out 10-15 reports in a row? No, it’s not but a mute is just as sufficient. If it continues to be a problem you can find a remaining Gmod and ask them to come to the chat-room for a bit. We as moderators can’t be around 24/7 to watch every single troll/spammer that comes to your chat-room and decides to blow chat up, so it’s up to you as a user to mute, and report so that things can still be dealt even when we’re not around. A mute works almost exactly the same as a silence except it’s only for you and it’s permanent or until you decide to unmute them. It’s also quicker for you to mute someone then it is for us to silence someone. You gotta just learn to ignore the trolls, no attention for the trolls? means no fun for the trolls. One mistake i always see people make is when they tell the troll they’ve muted them.. if the troll has no idea you’ve muted them then their going to do their thing and when no responds or even acknowledges said troll then eventually they will move on. But if you let them know that you’ve muted them.. well you just gave them the attention they desired and there gonna keep coming back just to get on your nerves because they know you’ve acknowledged their existence.

No, support is not 24/7 they run business hours in PST time so your response may take anywhere up to 48 hours for a response(which is the average wait time).

One suggestion was to be atleast level 2-3 or higher to chat in the Kong chats or using the forums . That way it’d slow them down or decrease the chance of people making new accounts.

You know exactly why this simply won’t work, how many people alone play TDP and only TDP… A lot of them do use chat/forums w/o abusing them but this could force people away.

You do realize that it only takes one report…. Reporting someone 100 times compared to reporting someone 1 time does the same exact thing. But anyway you should contact Support@kongregate.com about your accounts and as Adv0 said discuss it privately.
