As shared in the other thread you posted this same issue in, those in Kongregate have offered to contact TrailPay for you since you don’t seem to be able to. It is not surprising that this is taking them a while to get a hold of someone since you yourself also don’t get any response from them.

You seem to keep missing the point that it is not a Kongregate issue. It isn’t the Kongregate servers that are not available. It is not the Kongregate service that you can’t access. I have a Kroger card (Kroger is a supermarket) that gives me discounts at Shell gas stations. Today I went to fill my car up with gas at the Shell gas station only to find that they were out of gas. Now, what I didn’t do is to yell at the employees of Kroger asking why I can’t fill up my car with gas.

(1) What semantic title would you like for me to apply to the relationship that kongregate has with trialpay?

(2) If it is taking time to contact trialpay, then jclor or someone else working on this could at least say, “Sorry guys, no response yet, but we’re still working on it.” Allowing days to go by without no contact whatsoever is not even close to professional.

1.) Call it exactly as i have called it! Kong supports TrialPay, that’s it. Many sites use TrialPay for offer services(EX. Facebook).

2.) To answer this question! Jclor and thee other admins don’t have time to cater to your every need. They have other things to do, like fix other issues that Kong can directly relate too! Jclor isn’t going to drop everything he is doing to figure out a TrialPay issue(that’s their job). There two totally different companies and both go about things differently. Please keep in mind that Kong admins are very busy and have no obligations or duties to “babysit” TrialPay issues. Chances are TrialPay already knows about the issue and is already working to fix it! These things take time, patience is a virtue.

3.) Pip has no intentions of being a “dick” and i agree with Pip. We’ve already answered your question several times! We try our best to answer your questions in a respectable and reasonable manner, so please be respectful of others. We’re not forced to be here, it’s strictly volunteer as Pip has said.

Guys, I don’t know how many more times I have to say it. Jclor said he was going to check with Trialpay about some kongregate users having connection issues. This was days ago. All I have been doing with my various posts is asking for an update from him concerning the issues he said he was checking on.

At every step I’ve had everyone BUT jclor chiming in with a plethora of helpful suggestions such as: get a job, buy the kreds your self (I have one; I did), use trialpay’s support function (we tried; we can’t), email trialpay (we did, they didn’t respond), and so on.

I’ll just keep repeating myself until I get a straight answer. Jclor said he was going to check with trialpay about users having connection problems. I want to know what his findings are. I’m sorry if you guys are tired of me asking, and believe me, I’m tired as hell of asking too. But I’m not the only kongregate user here having this issue. It is totally unfair and unprofessional for jclor or anyone else to drag their feet on this simply because they think I’m frustrated or impatient. I’ve not done anything wrong, and neither have the other kongregate members who are having this issue.

The bottom line is we are members of this site, some of us, such as myself, have invested money in this website. It’s not too much to ask that you follow up on the action you said you were going to take. If you want us to shut up, then do what you said you were going to do.

I would suggest diverting your frustrations to TrialPay! Contact them here, as for answering your question! Pip and I have already explained (more then once) what you must do to figure the problem out. I would keep trying to contact TrialPay. As Pip, Nikhil, and myself have said it’s a TrialPay issue not a Kong issue. We’ve already given a solution to your problem, now all we have to do is be patient and hope that TrialPay can fix the issue.

SugarMonkey is employed by Kongregate and the Candyman made a mistake! He’s only human. It’s easy to get mixed up considering all of the emails Kong gets at a time. Also spamming emails to them won’t make them respond faster.

Kongregate can usually tell what the problem is from a screenshot! But if it’s serverside as you have said yourself then Kong can do nothing. Also another thing TrialPay and Kong aren’t partners their just supported by TrialPay.

I have exchanged emails with Kongregate about jclor’s investigation, and was told they would check with him to see why some users are having connection issues. But of course that was several days ago, with no response since.

In addition, as several other members are having the exact same problem, I think it would be easier, more efficient, and more logical for jclor to post his findings here, so that everyone having said problem can have a better understanding of what is going on, rather than flood him with PM’s.

He may still be looking for a solution though. So just give it time.

Well… the reasoning for this! Is that your account is unhackable!, and the only way for your account to become compromised is if you give out your information. Whether it be Phishing sites offering free kreds, people asking to play on your account, etc. TDP4 is a great example, i see people get “hacked” all the time to the point where Kong actually had to put a banner at the top of the screen telling people not to give their passwords out. Kong doesn’t have time to babysit each and every account on Kong as it’s time consuming when all you have to do is just keep your information to yourself.

I understand! But the problem is all we can do is tell you where to look! We cannot do it for you, neither can Kong. This is a TrialPay issue therefore Kong can do nothing about it but contact them just as you have. Sorry we couldn’t be off more assistance.

@Jeremiah, Taking out your frustration on Pip doesn’t make you any better! Clearly Pip had no intentions of coming off rude, condescending, etc. He’s only trying to help! It’s very rude when the person your trying to help gives you nothing but trouble. Work with Pip to figure the problem not against.

I still very much enjoy TDP and i’ve been here for many years:) Here’s some tips on enjoying the game more!
1.) Don’t combo! It’s boosting, what’s the point of the game if you just boost your way to the max level?… exactly! None.
2.) Don’t buy every weapon, item, artifact, etc in the game just because you can! it’ll make the game more enjoyable if you obtain the items yourself.
3.) Interact with the commmunity! The TDP community is large and vast, so why not make friends on the way? Exactly:)
