This happens when there are old OP’s in range with catapult level 1. I always upgrade all catapults to level 3, when I take over old OP’s. (Catapult level 2 enables pebbles and level 3 enables putty)

You have to refresh after logging in. Already nameless OP’s still have ID numbers.
The is no way to fix already nameless OP’s. (Well, it is possible to let someoone take it and take it back, while friends-bar is visible of course)
