You guys really must have bad decks if you can’t handle a first turn misinfo.

My decks and how many ways to kill you they have:
Listrata: 5
Pocchi: 5
Sofo: 6 and hero
Ysa: 5
Esra Rite: 8
Liet: 6
Mogesh: 5 and hero
Theo Ally: 4
Valdorian: 2 (it’s a stealing deck)
Birondelle: 2 (slightly different stealing deck)
Raktaba’an: 5 and hero
Calipeth Anima: 6

Though I do agree that it needs to either be obvious which card was misinformation’d, or for the animation to not be as fast.

With this there is a risk vs reward component. Do you remove their overseer or do you save the 2 skulls for a corruption?

Or do you spend two magic, possibly denying yourself the ability to buy the corruption? Or heal two points of damage in case of an unexpected damage spike? Risk versus reward comes into every resource consideration.

It’s also hardly Vespitole centric. Feed yourself magic, whilst leaving your food for the moment you pick up an orphan? Even Metris, which doesn’t touch magic generally, can get in on the advantage the moment it seduces a creature or steals the right card.

I think the argument is do we want to change one form of strategy on a resource to another form of strategy.

I personally think it’s fine as it is.

Being forced to use skulls before magic with cards like corruption is part of the reason why you can’t use magic first. It adds some more strategy to the game, with you having to weigh either removing one of their cards, or getting more gold from your next corruption.

I dare you to figure out which cards were in your inventory when you created that log.
But maybe that was your point, eh?

It isn’t user friendly, but you can learn it.

The person in chat who told me about the log can read it pretty fluently.

The current matchmaking system, as I understand it, prioritizes speed over being matched against a perfectly fair deck. If there are only 2 people searching and those are a person with a fully upped deck with all coins and a person who started 20 minutes ago they will be put together. The solution to bad matchmaking is to get more people to play.

I like it. It sounds like it could work with some balance and some wording being changed. Maybe change Hungry Townsfolk to "Opponent gains an ally that reads “Owner loses 1 food per turn. If owner has no food, Hungry Townsfolk attacks owner’s hero”". I know that’s bad but I hope you get what I think should be improved.

Why do people complain about people with epic coins? I’ve played for a few weeks and spent $5 and yet I can take down people with fully upped decks full of coins semi-consistently, since they usually just spent a ton of money on the game and don’t know how to make decks.

That’s just bad luck.

How is that bad luck? I used two clara’s in a row, and suddenly both buffs are gone. Also, I checked the log and it was none of the threats.

From what I gathered, you had 2 clara buffs triggered and you thought you’d be able to kill them but they ended up being 1 hp from being dead. This could have happened because of a potion bringing a clara back and then the clara being depleted again.

Could you also post the section of the log where your absorption dropped to 0?

I just did something amazing.

I used some cheats to fail the first battle as psychological and it did nothing.

When you do reload with an empty slot it takes you to the main screen, when you do it with a used slot it loads that one.

Sorry if this is brutal but with the current way the game works this is my review:
Summon: Impossible, it could cause problems if he summoned more than 2, and you didn’t specify any CD.
Heal: If it was a buff it would be impossible, if it was a skill 2 separate ones would be needed and it would make it hard for him to deal damage.
Soul Steal: Impossible, unless you had them each cast a buff healing them for 500 hp per turn for every enemy there is and them dispelling one when a unit dies, but that would make the boss very easy.
Focus Recover: Didn’t specify where he uses it at (baron uses at 30 or less) and would be really hard to get him to cast it considering his high focus amount.
Normal Attack: To do it exactly the way you described it would be impossible, it could deal 1 damage and apply a 1 turn debuff that deals damage equal to your stats minus 1 but that wouldn’t be the instant you’re thinking of, and due to that would be treated differently by skills.
Killing strategy: I would personally just make him focus recover at turns not on the same as his heal, and retrogade him every time he heals, no need to get him below 4500 and have him heal as the focus recover deals 25000.
Drops: Considering the stat changes from sonny 1 to sonny 2, and the way they have both treated superboss drops this would both be over powered and stupid.
In 1 they were solely for money.
In 2 they weren’t really focused for certain stats and weren’t too good in my opinion.

I was kind of thinking that.

It’s that Frost Lord is one of the most annoying since it can reduce healing and recuperate (maybe add the enemy version of quick strike to its attack list?), and even with how hard it is now, one of its moves is never used due to a glitch.

Then the Doctor Herregods with him being mildly strong AND only healing once he loses around 10,000 hp.

Then with North/South guardian being one of the hardest battles, and that South Guardian is the damage one, it seems obvious that that would be the one out of the two I’d choose.
