Another tricky clue. (The M.I.A. one.) As far as I can tell it’s the only clue that refers to the lyrics and not the title of the song, which threw us off.

Hmm, it is a tricky one. The problem with the predictions is that you can’t both maximize your chance of winning the team competition and the individual points competition, which hasn’t really been a problem in the earlier rounds. It’s a shame we didn’t think of this situation earlier, so we could decide how to handle it. Assumptions are bad.

I guess I should put in my 2 cents. I don’t see anything wrong with what Maist did, because we worked out that we would still be far ahead in the team competition without the points from Best’s prediction. So, assuming Lou didn’t add yet more ways to get points, the team competition was essentially over, and Maist was free to try to win the individual points competition. I probably would have done the same thing if I was any good at the game(s).
I sympathize with you Best, though. It sucks to think you will win/advance and then get beaten right before the deadline, especially to something unexpected.
It seems like people had very different ideas about what a team means in this tournament, which is unfortunate.

Although you are the enemy, I’ll tell you. The scoring formula is 10k per star, and (10k / level time) for each level you have the time bonus on. So that’s why.
I also refresh the game every now and again to deal with the memory leak. I’d call it mildly annoying.
