Buuuuuump.
Just wanted to voice my opinion of the oO badges. They all seemed fairly quick- the impossible badge especially, which took me relatively little practice, although that may just be because I found the one game on Kongregate that I’m good at.

Akame ga Kill is awesome, hands down.

Watched the most recent episode a few hours ago, and I agree. I wish Tokyo Ghoul was also 24 episodes because I love em both but Akame ga Kill is great where it has a powerful protagonist…but doesn’t have that plot armor crap where he gets stronger because he’s “determined.” Awesome story, dark at times with it trying to be funny too, I like the combo.

When one strong boy meets…stronger people.

Ooh! I’ve been told to watch that. Because Esdeath.
Just finished ef – a tale of memories. I have to say, I think it’s some of Shaft’s best work to date.

See, sd? Indy-san here is a prime example of somebody who has no life.exe!
Stay protected, wear a condom sd.

Please. I can balance life and anime just fine after purging the biggest time-waster ever: sleep!

Some random thoughts from all over:
-Man, I can’t believe they didn’t make a third season of Spice and Wolf. I’m. So. Disappointed. Oh well. I might start reading light novels and manga, if only for my serious need for closure.
-Inaban from Kokoro Connect. Love her.
-Started Monogatari Series: Season 2. While I didn’t enjoy Nisemonogatari and Nekomonogatari: Kuro as much as the first season, I still thought it was a well-made continuation of the series.
-I am trying to watch too many anime series at one time.

Began watching Bakemonogatori. I’m enjoying it so far. The characters are interesting, and the animation is almost like a work of art. RNG chose Bakemonogatori in favor of Say “I Love You”, so looks like I’ll be finishing it tonight.

Monogatari Series

I’ve been thinking about watching this, and the reviews I’ve been getting from other people seem really polarized. I heard it’s a really good romance series though? I guess I’ll watch it after Gosick.

Also, the MAL thing is mildly amusing. :|

Finished watching Mirai Nikki + the epilogue OVA. I really, really enjoyed it for some reason- maybe the fact that it was so over-the-top really covered up some of its flaws?

Yuki x Yuno one of my favorite relationships.

Watched the premiere episode of Lucky☆Star. I… just… wow. Cornets.
Seems like a decent show to watch between anime.
After I finish Karin/Chibi Vampire (which was surprisingly enjoyable despite what I thought was a silly premise on paper), I’m thinking of watching Mirai Nikki. Not used to any of the dark, violent stuff, but I thought I’d give it a go because insane Yuki/Yuno relationship. Thoughts?

EDIT: School is also starting, which means I can no longer keep up the insane anime watching I’ve held for the past 45 days. Life is terrible. :(

Ya, I get that each girl are unique to their own, but their issues are really clichéd. It all ends with the MC giving them encouragement speeches that oversimplify the issues. I mean, I wish I could be a proper human being if all it takes are for someone to say “you can do it!”

I do like the beginning of each conquest when the girls are straight out of the oven, though.

Keima is honestly too cool for his own good.

After the wonder that is Clannad and my personal favorite, Chuunibyou, I suppose I might watch Lucky Star next.

I heard some anime is gross. Is this true or all they all like love stories and action.

Yeah, niceman, if you want some action-packed anime, you should check out School Days. Don’t let the cover art fool you, you will see some brilliant sword action between the hero and his companion.

Actually, I’ve heard that SAO was pretty good (I watched a few episodes and I stand corrected.) When I meant “gross” I meant gorey. I actually heard that AOT was gorey, so I was just wondering if that is also the case on some.
Ok, I might check out this School Days anime.

AOT isn’t as gorey as most people would make you believe, in my opinion. I didn’t like SAO at all.

1)SAO was OK, although it was hyped up to hell. That’s all I have to say about it.
2) Watch School Days, and then watch it again to really understand the deeper meaning.
3) Oh man oh man oh man. SO MANY ROMANCE ANIMES. Just finished Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, and I’m really disappointed that Kodaka is such a dum character.

Just created a MyAnimeList for anyone who is curious as to what I’m watching and what I’ve watched. It’s not very big- I’ve only started watching anime a month or so ago- but I’m hoping to increase the size soon!
Here you go

I second this. Sakurasou was an quite an adorable love story.
TWGOK is my favorite anime (although I haven’t watched much, so that’s not saying much). I suppose I’ll watch Clannad, then. >_>

Just started (and finished) No Game No Life and Angel Beats!, both excellent in their own tastes. Starting to feel the animatigue, so I'll take a quick break before I come back to it (I suppose), but I was wondering if y'all had any good romcom recommendations I might've overlooked.

Just finished watching Nagi no Asukara, and I have to agree, it was sublime. Not only was the art splendid and the story polished, but it was emotionally heartwarming all the way through and it felt good watching something where the characters all had some flaw, but in essence were inherently good.
Okay, on to Angel Beats! for real.

Yes. It’s one of the best romance I have ever seen. The music and graphics are amazing, and the character development is freaking awesome. There will probably be at least one character you find irritating, but the story really does a good job at bringing out personalities.

Sounds like a plan, then. Just finished up Accel World and figured I’d give it a try. Sorry, Angel Beats!

Hi there! Just checking this thread out, I just started watching anime around two weeks ago, but I’ve developed a rather unhealthy attachment to it and I’ve been watching a ton over the past few days.
Anyways, hello again!

And yeah, what FlyingCat said. Make sure to read the small text though. Seriously. If it seems like too sweet a deal it probably has a catch of some sort. ._.
