By looking at them, I mean in a sexual way. Like I won’t go staring at their breasts and looking down their shirts/up their skirts.

So you pick only male professors for all your classes as well? That sounds sexist.

Guess what, you do :) You should watch this documentary on the eyes. They put a thing over your eyes so the computer can record where your eyes look. And they got people to walk through a bar. Even the girls checked out guys asses without even realizing it. Because the human eyes dart around and look at lots of things quickly then puts them together to create a focused imaged for us. So we automatically check out ass’s etc without even realising it.

That’s interesting, but I meant consciously.

I personally believe that gay marriage is fine. However, we all know how crazy churches can be at times, particularly certain ones. If they want to refuse marrying a gay couple, then that’s fine and dandy for them. But that gay couple should be allowed to go to a courthouse and get married there without any issues.

Speaking of the US, though, it’s hard to have a unified law on marriage, since it’s governed by the state, and some crazy states like Ohio would never allow gay marriage. We’re supposed to have 100% separation of church and state, but it’s quite obvious that church influences the state.

I feel sorry for your loss, PFB.

Of course you can’t do anything for her. Dogs are creatures that aren’t intelligent like humans; they lack the chemicals to even feel certain emotions. She can’t tell you what she wants, so you can’t give it to her. But, if dogs were intelligent, I’m sure that she would want to spend more time with you until her departure.

Just spend all the time you can with her now, so you don’t regret it. And try to prepare yourself mentally and emotionally. A loss of any kind is hard; even harder when that loss affects your daily life.
