No. For me, it doesn’t happen anymore.
Right now whenever I do something in battle I get an error message, telling me a match id is missing. For example when playing a creature card I get:
InvalidActionParameter: Action “PlayCreatureCard” is missing mandatoryparameter(s) match_id
Please fix!

The daily quest where you can obtain fragments does not appear in my list of daily quests today. Yesterday I only did part 1 of this quest.
EDIT: It showed up now. Apparently you have to do an other daily quest first …
