Topic: Clicker Heroes / Ultra Power Bug?

I had my crits% chance and multiplier jump super weird on me. Im currently running 78x crit damage and 25% crit chance….. Not sure I ever want to ascend for I think I may lose this. This may have come from me using the keyboard function “mouse clicks” for near everything and I believe I bought upgraeds while fighting bosses. I know I would lag a bit and it would take 5-10 seconds for the upgrade to be purchased, and I wonder that, in this time, the game registered multiple clicks on the same upgrade.

400 isn’t supposed to do anything. the 4x increases were more for people pushing lvls 180, 190, 200+ where the costs of trying to up[grade Frost leaf for his measly incrase is pointless. 4x INCREASES WERE MEANT FOR HIGH LVL PLAYERS. If you are not routinely at 160+ don;t complain about the heros, you got your gold increase. so shush.

Pros and Cons Time.

Pros
1)Great damage incremental increases. Great for making 200+ a bit more attainable.

2)Love the hero souls limit release. Thank you, immensely as I will now push a few past 160 every time just to gain a few more souls.

3)GIlded heroes. WHAAAAAAT!!!!

CONS!!
1)The golden clicks nerf is terrible. 1% and .1% what!! This skill is now near useless and will almost never be clicked by me again. =/

2)The luck of getting gilded heroes, is AWFUL!!! The concept is amazing, but I think a better solution would be to have the gilded heroes unlock by level. Say 120 Tree beast, 130 Ivan and so on. the FIRST time you hit that level make a 50% increase, once a hero is gilded, the next time you reach it 5-10% increase (make THIS part random!! You still get an increase, but still keep it a surprise!). This would give an actual incentive for both lower people to reach higher lvls, AND will keep the higher lvls pushing for FrostLeaf increases.

3)No new heros… We have been hearing about new heros being released and still nothing. Please remedy this.

158 souls with 11 from primals +5 from gift box. At this level I go for 7-8 per and it takes about 3 hours. I’ve have given it a LOT of though and am going to try to go for 5 until I hit 200 and see how fast I can get it. I’m hoping if I can get to 5 in under 2 hours, that will just be my goal. 5 is a really decent upgrade quota for an ascension as 7-8 takes “N” whatever gold to actually do. I think If I did 5 I could drop it to “S” or even “s”.

Topic: Clicker Heroes / Tips for the game

Unless you are going for high lvl clears i.e. 160, then DR is pointless. I haven’t even unlocked it my last 9-10 ASCENSIONS because I can’t beat 175.

My 2 cents. While buying the highest hero is great, sometimes going back 2-3 heroes and getting them to lvl 10 is a very good method to get decent DPS upgrades. More often than not the first buy is 100% increase for the hero, or better yet a 10, 20, and even 25% increase to DPS in general. Those guys are amazing and one of the reason Betty is my favorite character. =)

Apart from getting heros to lvl 10, it’s pretty pointless (read gold drain) to max everything. Past lvl 10 to should be skill heros until you can go back and max someone without using much gold at all.

5 Hero souls are great to start with, and really until about 20 that should be your goal. After that 6 souls until 50 then 7-8 is quite easy. Sometimes gaining 10 hero souls in a couple of ascensions is faster than going for 7 in one run. The gold increase is dramatic going up to higher levels.

Energize can be best used on Golden Click/Metal detector if you need gold. and Super clicks if you need to beat a boss. The crits you get from popping your attack buffs + the double DPS % + clickstorm FAR outreaches the overall for 4x DPS, especially if you use Mouse CLicks on your Keyboard.

Topic: Dragon Pals / MAGIC LAMP COMPENSATION

^^^this. It’s quite frustrating to know that you are missing out on (What I qualify for and I am missing some) 130 Magic Cloth tries, 4700 vouchers, 4 level 4 gem chests, 5 level 5 gem chests, 1 level 6 gem chest and a few million Amethyst. It would be very nice if they could do something for those of us who were misled by this event.

I have read through many posts and cannot find an answer to my question. So here it is. If you purchase a permanent oufit, is there a daily growth (along the lines of VIP) and if not. Will I forever be stuck with a lvl 0 wardrobe. If that is the case I would like to petition for that to change. 3k gold ($30) is a uite a bit to pay for 0 growth.

SO let me get this straight, In order to be a permanent VIP I ave to CONTINUOUSLY buy gold? If that is the case. Im not even going to buy the initial gold I was thinking about. I just wanted to get some wings and have a slight privilege, but not if I have to pay for it over and over. What a crock.

Hetchman, I fail to see what you are talking about. The game is extremely balanced, there is no one deck you can build or one hero you can pick that is any better than another with intelligent play styles. Connectivity has NEVER been something I have had any issues with, so maybe you need to look at your own computer/provider for that issue. It also sounds like you need a better guild, mate. I can get all guild quests done every day, routinely run bosses with guild mates and have no issues communicating with any of them. It seems to me that you are either very inexperienced, or you are with terrible people.

All in all nothing really needs to be changed other than your point of view.

Straight ballistic with high tech is extremely high damage output every round, tacticaly this is the Hulk Smash way to play.

Straight directional is for when you don’t want to waste a whole lot on ships. SAY WHAT!!!! Directional tech lower enemy damage output, so you get farther with less. This can save you resources so you are not always making a ton of ships, as each ship is more cost effective.

Missile and Shipbased. NEVER go straight Missile/Ship-based. These are all your back-up artillery fleets. Missle tech is used to whittle down shields, with scatter tech. They wont do the damage of ship based but they will most often hit everything, making them more vulneralbe to the harder hitting Dir/Ball fleets. Ship based IMO are used for sniping commanders.They are VERY high single hits with chance to auto reload making them very deadly with tech.

Just a couple of suggestions I had to make the game a little more even for F2P vs P2P. I LOVE the Idea of commander merges.

1) Have a daily quest/event for building ships. I.E If a players builds 1k ships in a day they get 10 vouchers, 2k they get 20 vouchers up to say 10k or so maybe even 25k whatever. Cumulative as well so once they hit 1k they get the vouchers, once they hiot 2k, then 5k, then 10k, then 25k each time get vouchers.

2) Rewards for gaining levels. I mean players level not building levels, cause god know is there are a crapton of those already. I mean like “Reach level 50 get 250 vouchers” Reach level 60 get 300 vouchers". This would give people incentives to stick around and try to gain levels, especially if the rewards were continuous, and not so time dependent like the fracking buildings.

3) Corps battles. Make this an Arena like event where you can launch attacks against another WHOLE CORPS that is within 1 level of you. i.e corps lvl 4 can attack corps levels 3, 4, 5. Make the rewards x amount of resources for the winners (nothing for losers) and maybe add Donation points for the people participating. Like winners get 10-25 points, losers get like 5-10. This would make it so people would WANT to fight, even if they lose they would still ahve an incentive to be on and participating.

4) Events for daily log in. I know you get some quests but this is nopt very good incentive to be here every day. Make it like a daily check-in. WHere if you check in for 7 days you get 100 vouchers, and SP card, and a construction timer. (Or some other type of rewards, point is t make it so people will check in every day) If a player logs in for 14 days STRAIGHT 250 Vouchers, 2 resource boxes, and 4 raw gems. If a player logs in for 21 days straight, 500 vouchers, a spell commander card, and 5 metal/He3/gold resource boxes. And if they log in for 28 days they get a single box. This box contains ONLY super+ commanders. what I mean is when you use this box you WILL get a super commander (Say 84%chance), with a 14% chance to get a Legandary commander, and a 2% chance to get a Divine commander. This would make it so people will be active for the long run, yet still have decent rewards.

Actually disagree on most points there Snoozah. And your statement of “If it weren’t for the “free play” players, then you wouldn’t have paying players”, is actually completely backwards. The people that make this game what it is, I.E FREE, are the people spending the money at these events. Without them this game would probably not even still be here. These people make games to make a little bit of money, and if all they have are F2P players, then there is no reason to update or carry the game anymore. I personally am thankful for all the people I see spamming chat with their commanders, cause that means I don’t have to.

NOW, I think that they should implement more events for free players. I have had some Ideas—-

Also I know it was mentioned somewhere before. But REALLY!!!!! need to do something about the skill card announcements in chat. There are literally 10 minute stretches where I have to maximize chat and scroll to see what the last person said because there are so many skill cards and commander merges and all this stuff being announced.

Also, with the announcement thing, how about only Corps battles or Humaroids, or resource battle announced. Lots of planets just popping up with new people with like 150 ships trying to take out a base. Leave the “Scene of some fierce battles” to ACTUAL fierce battles.

PLEAE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE This. Im sure there is a way to track online activity and if a lvl 1 is inactive for longer than say 3 days or a week, then automatic delete. Accounts with MPs give then 1-2 weeks, and anyone over lvl 25 2-3 weeks. Sometimes life can get in the way of online ames and peeople need to take some time off. It just really sucks when all he work you put in is gone, but it’s also just as bad trying to sort out inactives and get space for Corps to group (as most do)

Yeah but still. There are VERY few games that will be played for that long, but yeah seriously even with max tech to take a YEAR to upgrade. Not only is that crazy I think it is quite arrogant. Is this game good. Yeah sure. But instead reaise the cap, implement new techs or new ships, instances, full corps battle planets that take 50+ people working together to overtake, stuff like THAT to take up time. Not crazy long upgrades.

Completely agree with Seizan_7. I have done like 5 PvP, and it’s boring as heck. Tiny arena, one other dude, and 2 matches. It might just be because Im lvl 25 but that is beyond boring to me. Id rather run around and have to dodge plants and shoot cats in the face. lol Casual Gamers means just that, they play every now and then and really most casual gamers don’t even worry about energy needs. They play for a bit run out and go do something else. Let otehr people waste their lives getting “TOP RANK” or whatever in PvP. I’ll go get my ass a tan.

The point is to work up to beating it. Not cheating your way to it. If you can cheat then be a “good” cheater and undo the unit # fix, and code in like 50 ares, pop in how ever many units you feel like making, and wallow in the fact that you accomplished something that someone with less than a weeks worth of programming classes could do in their sleep. Pointless to cheat half-assed like you are now. Go all the way if you’re so smart. ;)

Ok here goes.
1) You need to get rid of some turrets. Drop the Nexon Phasers, the Scorpions, the Assassins, the Nuclear Terra, the Elsom Demis, 1 Vira saviour, and the Arcane Wraiths.

2) In place of the dropped turrets get 5 Neg voiders and increase the skill TEAM RESISTANCE so that you have a total of 100% resistance. Get some more Nyon Exists and bring your total chargors up to 8. This will give you double damage (104% increase) when you max them.

3) On the chargors note spread them out, the chargors are there not ONLY to provide the skill increases but also there to charge up your turrets. Put them near high damage turrets (Lightbringers, Ares, Tesla, Nyon exists) and spread them out over your base. If spread out correctly they should provide your base with all the bonuses and charge the majority of your offensive turrets.

4) Condense the base a little so your walls provide better coverage. This is easily done as you have a ton of unused space within your walls. With another wall and another fortress you can get rid of an aegis barrier as well and move your titan barrier to the bottom. Although if you can move your stuff around right you may not even need the barriers at all and could just use walls and Fortresses.

5) Farm for more rares. This game takes a while to beat so just go back and farm out another Lightbringer (legendary) maybe another fortress, and another wall. And Ares or 2 is always good but I beat Zone one normal with 3 tesla, and 3 lights (lotsa Nyon exists though)

O_o How? Ive beaten Nikki insane and lost a wall. That’s just crazy mate.

On a side note I have decided to try to see how far I can get using only basic turrets. By that I mean every turrets that can be activated WITHOUT a tech center. I consider everything afterwards an advanced turret. Also excluding any offensive rare+ turrets. Defensive are all cool. =) Wish me luck!!!!

IF you have premium I would suggest farming on insane lvl 12. The health is lower than on insane so you get kills quick but with premium content the drop rates are increased I say to or above “insane” difficulty.

Go back to page 51 mate. I put step by step how to do it. Easy to learn hard to master.

ALSO Damien, drop the titan barriers. a coup[le of decoys can block those holes no problem and you get 2 more units out of it. If you want to keep the rank X switch it with the Rank 1 fortress and get rid of the fortress
instead.

What are you farming? try lvl 12 hard/insane. If you can get 3 ridiculous on Tesire you should be fine farming here. Noticed a little increase with drop rates there. OR the alternative is to drop some turrets and build a bunch on tech centers and get the Drop increase skill. I farmed for a while with 8 tech centers and got everything but a Thor.

I rounded the numbers because the +/- 15 kills which happen on a level are more or less cleared on the wash after 20 runs. At a sample size of around 83,000 with a grand total of 12 rares found, the difference between 83,000 and 83,100, and 82,900, is not statistically meaningful. I am sorry for any confusion that I may have caused by rounding the large data set. I did it primarily because I thought it would be less confusing for readers, and because I was (and remain) unconvinced that it would have any significant alteration to the results.

While I understand your reasoning behind it. It wasnt a mere +/-15 it was a range of almost 100 (89) Give enough runs this could drastically change the results. On that note as well there are only certain people who have negative side effects to some drugs say maybe 3 out of 100, But say they round and say out of 50 people there was 1 person. Well in the next 50 there were 2. This is more or less the only issue I have.

On a different note you said you have to “unlock” rares to get other rares. A Rank X was the first drop I got. I went all the way through till lvl 4 just using aegis barriers and basic turrets. Then POW rank X. I would say this is an extremely rare drop as most people only have a couple. Ive had 8 CBase, Tech center, neg voider, nyon exist, and a chargor. Unfortunately there were 3 more that landed on Aegis barriers and took away the ability to upgrade them at rank 7 so they got deleted. Now I do think that once you get to higher lvls you have a better chance. As I said early in the forums you can have a random generator and still put limits on things. say for normal the drop rate of an item is 5%, well in hard it’s 7.5% and in insane it’s 10% (Obviously just for example). There are people that have gotten thors on normal and people farming insane that have squat.

All in all you can toss out what you feel are facts and all the numbers you want but in the end it IS still random, hell even chaos theory tries to see patterns in stuff and that shit is chaos!!

Here’s what people need to know. I’ll even make it REAAAAAAAL simple. Kill stuff, and you’ll get stuff. If you’re mad that you don’t get items and you’ve been killing stuff for hours. Go outside. you need some sun.
